Turns everything on but does not turn off my AV receiver for some reason. Going to reprogram and may buy the more expensive Logitech.

I've seen what this universal remote can do. I haven't tried to set everything up yet but I'm anxious to get going on it. My friend has a similar one and his is super cool!

I find that this remote is very easy to use. I like the idea there is not more batteries. Just plug it into the holder which is plugged into the electricity and it charges so you don't need the batteries. The screen is easy to read. You just have get use to what button to push. I like this device very much.

Not as intuitive as I would have liked but then I'm 64 and there is definitely an inverse relationship between age and tech savvy. Maybe adding an RF base would help.

I have had many Harmony remotes. This one for some reason seems to react slower than all of them

There are other models out there from Logitech. This one is worth the extra money if you want a fully featured remote. Response is must faster, screen is in a good position that doesn't get in the way and the buttons are solid and easy to locate/press.

Very impressed with this remote, I have a designated audio closet where all my electronics is located. This remote signals penetrate the walls an all the functions for my system operate smoothly an efficient. Well worth the money.

Easy to program just like all Logitech items. Using it though there may be issues in the programming for the remote because at times it just doesn’t do what you want.

I upgrade from the Harmony One, and this is great, it works for all of my devices including Hue, and August smart lock, and since it is WiFi, there is no more need to wave my arm around to get it to control certain devices.

With my new purchases I would have had to utilize 4 different remotes and wanted to simply things. This remote allowed me to do just that and program exactly what I wanted to happen on the digital touch screen. Oh and no batteries with the charging dock which is a cherry on top.

Setup required a couple of try’s to get all the functions to work. Once I added a couple of delays after powering up TV Smart programs worked as desired. I did not notice it had a charging stand when I purchased but works well and like not having to replace batteries.

It was a Christmas present to myself, and I like it. Although it would probably work a lot better if I had faster internet at my house. I did exchange it from black to white.

The harmony universal remote works well for multiple functions. I have it set up for TV, Watching movies, music and Apple TV.

I like the remote pretty well. I am replacing a harmony 1100 which is a bigger remote with a different feel to it . Overall I would give it A for effort.

Great remote with all the features and customization you could ask for, but its time to lower the price. If you don't have a hub already, then you need to get the version with the hub or you can't use all the features.

This is my 3rd Harmony Remote and I have loved everyone of them! I usually upgrade every 3 to 4 years and the 900 I just purchased is just as awesome as every other one I've had. I highly recommend buying one! Expensive? Yes, but very well worth the price in my opinion.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the setup. If you are not able to dedicate a solid 2 hours to initial setup, consider professional install.

The universal fulfills many routine functions but the Elite does many function of which you don't realize how many times you use the extra keys!

We bought this because our old Logitech-Harmony Universal Remote just STOPPED WORKING. Then, two days later, the Old one mysteriously started working and the new one was not needed, so we returned it.
