The controller is actually very good. Like a universal remote you would expect with all the activities. The only thing I don’t like is actually the touch screen sometimes you accidentally press it and you have to wait until the action happens to go back to what you were watching. The other one is I’ve noticed it doesn’t register the commands so fast and fluently you it always has a delay I’m not sure if that’s a user setting issue or what.

The remote works well. The buttons need to be a slightly bigger - especially the volume button. The lighting on the buttons should be brighter.

Awesome universal remote just a little confusing on how to use it at first but overall great for limiting other remotes

Cheaper than the Elite but I had to return this since I needed the hub and the Elite works with the Nvidia shield

Setup done by Geek Squad but didn't look too bad. Operation has been pretty impressive, minor issue from time to time but overall I have to admit I like it very much

The only problem I have is it will not connect and work with the Harmony Hub. Still need to figure this out. My other Harmony remotes connected without problems!

Unit has given me everything I was looking for with exception to being able to control my Nest Thermostat

It works well, but doesn't recognize my HDMI 4 that I use Playstation on. And oddly enough, it is a little too slippery in the hand.

The geek squad successfully programed my new universal remote specifically to my needs and wishes. It replaces 4 other remotes.

So far we really like this remote. It is great that we can have all our electronics turn on and off with one device. I also like that it is rechargeable.

Keyboard layout could be much better. Touch screen does not always perform! Cannot recommend at current price.

Easy setup of the remote. However, the Activity section of the remote isn’t the best. Though the concept of the Activities (e.g. Watch TV) is a great idea, the execution is 50/50. Most of the time I have to manually go to the functions I want. FYI - I have a Sony Z9D, JBL Sound Bar, Simony DVD player and Cable set up on the remote.

Setup was a breeze. My only gripe is that the price is borderline outrageous for a tv remote. This is a $100 item at best with at $200 price tag.

I enjoy this remote it is easy to switch from screen to screen it has a lot of great features. The rechargeable battery will last like 3or4days.

Controls all my A/V components and activities easily. Only complaint is the touchscreen is super sensitive.

I've had various Harmony remotes in the past and the Harmony 950 has lived up to my expectations. Easy to install, easy to program, easy to use. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great all-in-one remote!

The remote has too many hidden doors to try and find the tool that needs to be used. For instance, I can never find the help button

It's nice improvement from my previous Logitech One. Works well with most of my gear but not with Dish Joey, thus loss of a star.

No as responsive as previous Harmony model. Slow startup of components and IR not as sensitive. Must stand closer and ensure nearly perfect angle for communication. Also, no number pad must save favorites to go to channels directly. We regret buying this but too late to return.

The build and feel of the remote is nice, although I had to call into tech support to get it set up. I'll need to call in again because now the remote changes settings when powering on so you need to use extra steps to get the whole system to work properly. It's about as good as I expected.. just mediocre. I have it set up to use the TV, satellite and receiver to work together.
