Better than older models

I owned an older model of Harmony and was happy with it but I wanted to try this newer model. I am extremely happy with it. Many great features and touch screen makes it easier to operate.

Great In Theory Frustrating In Use

Cool idea in theory just not practical. To often had to click command 3-4 times. Often frustrated using item it is slow doesn’t do command quick enough. Great in theory just not in use.

Super remote

It’s great not having several remotes to use as it programs everything to come on at once. Love the digital display as well.

Convenient but takes a while to figure out

Replaced my 10 plus year old with this model. Like the texture of how it feels. Great color screen. Hopefully this one lasts for years also!

I wrote to the company and they acknowledged that there is a graphics problem and they are working on it. After talking it over with one of Best Buy's Geek Squad members, I was encouraged to keep my remote and wait for this "software" problem to be fixed and I can get one that works properly. I did buy a 2 year extended insurance.
