    Newer model does not have numeric keypad on the actual remote, you have to scroll to get to the numeric keypad

    When we first purchased the Harmony 950 Universal Remote, it seemed to be fine. For the past few weeks it has given us so much trouble! It usually takes anywhere from 5 to 10 tries to turn on the TV. Then, it shuts off the DVR! Last week it turned on the DVD player instead of the TV and we had to manually turn it off! So, I called Geek Squad to see what could be done about it. I have Tech Support, but I didn’t want to pay another service call. I was informed that I had missed the Best Buy 90 day return policy by 1 day and that I would have to call the manufacturer since the remote has a 1 year warranty. I spent 3-4 hours on the phone with Harmony/Logitech and the issue could not be resolved! Now I am waiting for a phone call from someone with more expertise to help! Ugh! This is so frustrating! When you spend $250 for a remote, you expect it to work!

    And she loves it easy to use age watches fire stick stuff all day and this remote has helped her in 3 months she has only needed my help once
