    It is not that easy to use as advertised. My previous Harmony remote was great. I had it for over 8 years. I had Best Buy install it and it worked perfect. I'm waiting for to get Best Buy back out once society gets back to normal

    I have owned a Harmony One controller previously and it was great. This new one is good too, but the buttons for stations is on the digital part ofthe controller and not on the controller which makes it frustrating to change channels by typing in a station.

    I cannot get the remote to fully charge after days off charging and little to no use. I work fine but unsure why it won’t charge above about 75%. Probably will return or exchange it.
