    I AM VERY TECH SAVVY BUT THIS WAS A PAIN TO USE AND SET UP WITH ALL MY STUFF SO DECIDED TO RETURN IT. YOU HAVE TO GO TO A WEBSITE IN ORDER TO SET UP YOUR ELECTRONICS THAT A LONG WAS ANNOYING.

    I am very unhappy with this purchase, Our old remote broke, this was recommended as a replacement, horrible!!!! This is nothing like our old remote, difficult to work and hard to read.

    This is a nice looking universal remote. It's a test of one's learning curve. The software works great. But the performance poor. In my humble opinion, I feel the price exceeds the value of this item. I'll keep it because I've become acquainted with this remote. However, aside from an inherent lag between this unit and the changing devices, this mid-stream Logitech remote accomplishes the same actions as entry-level priced universal remotes.
