Serious Issues at the 1yr 8mon Mark

Issue 1 Favorite Channels Listing: Although my service provider for my location is still listed as an option to save favorite channels, the guide defaulted to a completely different region. This happened suddenly, out of the blue and for no obvious reason. I reported the issue to Logitech Support. As of September 2020, channels for my local region are still not available for my satellite provider. This issue is still not resolved. Issue 2 Page Up/Down Command Repeats: Also, suddenly and out of the blue for no apparent reason. the Page Up/Down Command repeats. Even after adjusting the settings in the app, the command still repeats for no apparent reason. Even after months of troubleshooting with Logitech support, this issue continues. My advice: DON'T BUY THIS REMOTE. The remote has great features. However, at this price point, it's not worth it. Why is Logitech only willing to warrant this remote for 1 year? The support group is useless and the remote won't make it to 2 years.

Worse than more remotes

The problem is that there aren't that many buttons on the keypad, forcing you to keep switching the device you are controlling and then scrolling through different control screens until you get to the right functions. It was easier just picking up different remotes. It wasn't making our devices any easier to manage, so I gave up and took it back. If you really need a universal remote get a cheaper one with more buttons.

Way too sensitive

I upgraded from a 700 to the 950, primarily to get better connectivity with my AppleTV 4K. Huge mistake. Set up and programming with my new equipment - LG OLED TV, Apple TV, Sony 4K DVD, Yamaha 3080 receiver, Pioneer turntable, and Yamaha CD player all went well, no problem. Then I tried to use the remote, not so good. I'm 6'4, 220lbs and do not have tiny little fingers, and every time I tried to select an activity, or even just picked up the remote it would switch activity. When I was successful at selecting an activity, some of the equipment would turn on, but never all of it, and the wrong inputs would be selected. After 3 frustrating hours I gave up, I loaded the programs I had set up onto the old Logitech 700 and it worked perfectly. Every single activity was set up exactly right. The good news is I saved $200. I returned the 950. Definitely not worth the money. Great company, they just missed the mark on this remote.

Worst/Complicated set up possible!!!

And yet, this Harmony system is possibly the most complicated and unintuitive systems we have ever dealt with. After more than 2 weeks of trying to configure this setup, we have given up and will return the product. Logitech should be ashamed of their inability to provide a user friendly remote/home theater system and their inability to provide sufficient support online to create an easy set up experience!!!! I will now question every Logitech product in the future as to whether it can be simply installed and set up. If not, I will avoid Logitech at all costs!!!! At this price point, I should not have to hire an in-home expert to set up this system in my home but with this Logitech Harmony system you will have to hire Geek Squad or another expert just to set this system up at additional cost, of course. Outrageous is not a word I would use lightly but I would rightly use it for this terrible product!!!!

Not as easy to use

First, it is missing numeric keypad. Second, to get to the numeric keypad, there are at least 2-3 set of clicks and swipes before numeric keypad shows up. Third, button placement was not intuitive at least for me.
