Keeps rebooting on my and putting me on the home screen where I press "watch TV' and it turns everything off because i Have not noticed the reboot. Wouldnt buy again.

Most of the frequently use buttons are buried in the touchscreen menu somewhere and cannot be easily accessed especially the help button. My older harmony remotes are far superior in the layout of the buttons.

Geek Squad programmed the device, but it doesn't work properly. Unable to get TV channels. DVD plays, but no video image on tv screen. I wouldn't mind the price if the remote did its job, but it doesn't. Another note: the Geek Squad "leader" was involved programming my A/V devices, while at the same time training his assistant. He ran out of time, and left my home without adequately training ME on the Harmony remote. As a result, I'm extremely limited in what I can watch on TV and DVD.

Very disappointed with new remote

Had it set up along with Amazon Firestick (which is great), Either the Logitech 950 universal remote was not set up correctly during installation or device is not good quality. Very expensive and disappointing. Prefer the older, previous Logitech without a digital screen. Worked much better!

It is difficult to program and lacks any intuitive programming. I had to create a new function just to see the list of recorded programs. It turns on and off the equipment irregularly. No easily accessable channel buttons and the finger swipe feature brings nothing to the table. BRING BACK MY OLD Harmony One....It worked perfectly!

I'd recommend you to add the exact model number of the device (Ex. HR24-500), create Activity using it and check if you're able to control it. Please note that DirecTV boxes comes with multiple IR versions (code set) and Harmony provides the most common version first. If you're unable to control the DirecTV, then I'd recommend you to change the IR version of the DirecTV in your Harmony account.
