I Hate it

If you happen to touch more than one button it gets confused and then you have to re-program it all over again. The cable box remote works better than this thing. What a waste of $180.00 dollars.

I hate it and am considering returning it.I just hate to have to pay to reprogram it. I hate the digital numbers.. it almost never goes to the right channel.

When it wouldn't program several of my devices including my Tivo box and Apple TV I decided to return it.

Screen stopped working four months in.

Not as easy to set up

Were told was straightforward, not so

Not As Good as Older Models
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously used the Harmony 650 and it has been a fantastic remote. I upgraded, just to have a newer remote. For the most part, the remote works well and does make things easier than having to use 4-6 remotes. The only complaints is that Logitech should allow you to transfer favorite channels to the 950 from the mobile app, instead of having to connect it to the computer. Another issue was that I had to re-sync the remote to my computer, because some of the settings did not transfer correctly from the other remote. It is a good idea to set the screen-lock, so you do not accidentally press a button on the screen, because the screen is quite sensitive.

Best universal remote I've used

My biggest complaint with them has been the tiny button size that most of them have had. This remote seems to get everything right. Good button size, the ability to control IR, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth devices, including home devices like thermostats, lighting and Wi-Fi outlets. If you've ever programmed a Harmony device, you know that they handle basic setups all the way up to very complex systems. They're easy to update and just work. The addition of the Harmony hub with this remote is just the icing on the cake. It also allows you to use the Harmony App on your phone or tablet, which is an additional way to control all your devices in exactly the same way you use your remote. If you're looking for a way to consolidate all your remotes into one device, and also want the added flexibility of controlling newer network components and home devices, as well as Bluetooth devices, then look no further. This one should last you years and still be the most current device out there.

Works Great

The only kink is my TiVo bolt sleeps when I change commands away from the Watch TV but I assume that is more the TiVo than the remote.

Love This Remote

This remote gets the job done very well. Controls everything I need it to (TV, Receiver, Cablevision DVR, DVD player). The more I use it, the more I come to really appreciate this remote.
