I bought this to pair it with Amazon echo and have full voice control over my TV and devices connected to my TV. It works like a charm, setup was easy and I haven't had any glitches.
The only reason I didn't give it a perfect rating is that setting up more advanced voice control is tricky and can be complicated. For instance to launch a specific app you have to create a series of macros.

I bought this alongside Echo Dot.
I use the Dot to control the hub and therefore I can say "Alexa, turn on the DVD player"
Then Alexa says "OK"
My TV comes on, the TV input is switched to my HDMI receiver.
MY HDMI Receiver comes on and switches the input to Blu-Ray player.
The Blu-ray player comes on.
Now I am ready to pop in a DVD and play.
I can do the same thing for "Turn on ROKU" or "Turn on XBox" or "Turn on the Wii"
This really made it easier for my wife to know how to get the theater system configured for whatever she wanted to do.

Seems to be a decent product which works well with home automation. However, it had trouble finding my 75inch Samsung tv which I had to add manually.

I've been a fan of Harmony remotes for several years. The Harmony hub is my favorite so far. The app is easy to use. Setup is incredibly simple. Harmony connects to ITTT app and Amazon Alexa (and more). The basic setup is really easy and only requires putting in your TV model and answering a few questions about how your components are set up, but if you want to go deeper and customize individual buttons and commands for the remote it's also really easy to do. For novice or advanced remote users, the Harmony Hub is a great choice and the app is really intuitive.

I have been a Harmony remote user for years and currently am using two Harmony One remotes for two different home theater systems. Now that I have added a Harmony Hub to my living room system and installed the MyHarmony app on my iPad mini I seldom use the Harmony One. The iPad app is extremely responsive and user friendly. I purchased the Harmony Hub in order to add home theater control to my Alexis Echo Dot and it has worked well for that. I am thinking about getting a second hub for my master bedroom home theater as well.

This has been a great device for use of integration with my Amazon echo and also for use with my phone.
Even with the rf extensions this thing manages to wipe around a broad rf signal nearly 360 degrees.
No complaints at all!

I am in business to keep it simple. The Harmony hub is a must have on all of my home entertainment consultations and setups. 1 remote to control all Bluetooth and IR blasting devices is a must in today's living room. Who wants to juggle 3 or 4 remotes to simply watch the news with surround sound without paying a ridiculous rental fee to the big cable providers? Not me. A free signal over the air paired with decent equipment and the harmony hub is all one needs to cut the cord and still enjoy conveniences of high priced cable company systems.

I just don't like the Harmony website and app. You can't fully customize; I've had older and cheaper remote controls that were fully customizable.

If you find yourself with more than one tv and other entertainment gadgets and are making your home "SMART" this is a device I would recommend. It helps tie in your entertainment devices and eliminates a lot of individual remotes.

The Logitech Harmony Hub works amazingly well. It gave new life to an old Apple table. Programming through a Window's computer was a bit confusing at first, but transfer of information to the Harmony Hub was easy. Logitech's device data base was complete even for older home theater devices. When table functions are updated, backup copies are also updated on all devices through wi-fi.

I already had the Harmony 650 remote and wanted this hub to connect with Echo so that I can make operating the TV hands free. While it works flawlessly some of the commands are long and funny. For e.g. You cannot say Alexa go to XXX channel, rather you have to say Alexa, tell harmony to go to channel XXX. Very rarely there is erratic performance and doesn't work well.

Works great. I have setup IFTTT to control dozens of devices with custom commands. Google Home and Samsung SmartThings are the Ying and Yang combo to make your home, truly a smart home. As an example, I have setup a command to say, "ok google, the kids are home" and that will turn on the tv, set it to HDMI 1, turn on my u-verse, and set it to Disney JR., turn on my sound bar, and turn on the living room light. I can then say, "ok google, time to go to bed" and it will turn everything I just mentioned off. Yeah, just like that.

This hub works great with Alexa to control your entertainment system (TV, Game Console, Blu Ray Player, etc...). Once you've setup your activities (for example, turn on TV, turn on sound system, and change to channel 4), you can just tell Alexa to "turn on channel 4", it will automatically run the sequence and get everything ready for you without having to touch the remote. One note for setting up Alexa skill - there are two Harmony skills available, one with a blue icon which is optimized for smart home with limited control but more natural voice command (e.x. "Alexa, turn on the TV"), one with red icon which has more controls but slightly different voice command (e.x. "Alexa, tell Harmony to turn on the TV"). I would recommend installing and experiment with both, they are useful in their own way.
The only reason I giving it only a 4 stars is because sometimes my TV has a prompt when the wrong input is selected when it's first turned on and requires pressing an extra button to dismiss that dialog before it will response to the channel command. In case like that, Harmony doesn't seem to be able to handle it properly by sending an extra key stroke after TV has been turned on and before switching channel - it will just got stuck in the middle of the command sequence.

I bought the Harmony Hub as an upgrade for my Logitech Harmony Touch remote. The process went very smoothly, and even added something I didn't expect, the ability to update my Harmony Touch without needing to plug it in. The RF connection between Touch and the Hub allows things like icon updates to just go through via the Internet connection(since the Hub connects to the WiFi) and then updated the remote from that end.

The setup user interface has a lot to be desired and is a major contributor to the difficulty in setting it up. However, once set up it works very well, especially when paired to my amazon alexa. Since setup is not an every day occurance, I am willing to overlook the difficulty because of the convenience once it is setup properly.

Logitech has gone through some name changes, making it difficult to determine which product would add RF control. Works great with my Amazon FireTv.
