I have two of these in my home and use them to make the AV systems in my house more user friendly. Setup can be a little bit of a challenge, but once it is set, it is easy to use.

Works great with Alexa and IFTTT. I'm dropping it to 4 stars because you can't buy the remote separately that comes with the $130 option. If they decide to sell the standalone remote with smart home settings, I'd rate it 5 stars.

I love this thing! i have it hooked up to the tv, cable box, and the firestick and is run with Alexa. I am in love with this! Harmony will change the channels turn the volume up and down, It is one of the coolest things i have done with new technology at my age i thought a lot of things just unnecessary and maybe it is but really is handy.

Excellent very flexible. It can do anything and still have it controlling everything even after getting fire tv. I almost replaced it with a cube but the cube was so glitch I went back to this. Sad to see logitech got our of the remote business.

Saves time looking for lost remotes! Once you get a hang on it, it's simple. I gave 4 stars because when you switch components, you seem to have to remind the system what input is needed to be switched. Other than that, great saver

If your using this in say, a living room, it works really well

If you are working towards automating your home this a great purchase. We use this everyday with the TV and the entertainment center. This allows us to select the proper hdmi inputs and receiver settings for TV, gaming consoles, and Netflix. Just tell Alexa what you want and Harmony takes care of the rest.

I love this thing. I use Alexa to control the TV. Now instead of getting out 3 remotes, I just say "Alexa, turn on AppleTV".

I haven't used the hub much because it won't pair with my Ultimate One yet. Logitech stated a firmware update to unify the the home hubs and smart hub would be out by but they have yet to make good on that. And I haven't tested but other have stated the hub will no longer connect to smart devices after one of the latest firmware updates. I have been using the Harmony 950 for over a year. This is basically the same remote as the Elite without the hub. So this year I added the hub when it was on sale. Love the ability to use both RF and Bluetooth. Also now have iPad and iPhone remotes apps which work great.

I think this is a good idea ,mainly purchased this device to use with "Alexa "Amazon Echo,you will need to purchase one device per tv in order for it to work all tvs in the house .You can remote control devices with your phone .

The device is great, but the app is a little bit of a pain to set up.

My only reason to purchase this was because the capability of using my voice through amazon echo to control my TV. It works great. But with all voice operated tech, there are limitations. But The convenience it offers Is sweet.

I have a logitech hand held remote but the wife still could not manage TV and comcast DVR. I decided to get the logitech hub and also the amazon dot so the wife could use voice commands. After setting the hub with various activities I was able to connect 4 devices, TV, Onkyo receiver, comcast DVR and Nvidia Shield. Works like a charm.

I had heard this wasn't a great device but being a big time geek, I had to try it when I found a hot deal. I love that it can connect to my Echo Dot and I can just tell Alexa to turn on the TV and do a variety of other easy tasks. Works great for me (when Alexa hears me) and always works great from the Harmony app.

I bought the harmony to use with my EchoDot to control my A/V equipment. Still trying to work out the kinks. Sometimes it does what I want. Sometimes not. Not sure if it's Harmony or Alexa problem. Still they have promise.

Harmony does everything it tells you it's going to do, and it's a lot of fun to hook up to an Alexa and go maniacally crazy controlling all your devices with your voice. However, one thing that happened is for no reason it stopped being able to connect directly with the Harmony Skill and I had to download a different one, so instead of "Alexa, turn on the the TV" I have to say "Alexa, tell Harmony to turn on the TV" not a huge deal, but annoying. The second issue is it has no way of registering whether a device was turned on or off or what have you from the original remote. So if I use Harmony to turn on my TV then the normal remote to turn it off, Harmony will still think the TV is on. Other than those things it works great!

I don't like to use my phone as a remote control because I find it slower than an old-style one, but the Harmony Hub really shines when you use it with an Amazon Echo. One voice command can turn on the TV and receiver, switch the input to the appropriate one and get your home theatre ready for a specific task in no time at all.
