So I just installed one of these in a clients house. They had 7 remotes. combined them all down to 1. They are thrilled. Be ready to plot out how you want stuff to work and make sure you have at least the model number and manufacturer name the rest is a breeze. If you need infrared add the Harmony ultimate one remote.

I am impressed with the IR spread from the front lens of the hub because it reaches all of my devices without having to attach a repeater wand. Every device I have sought to add has been in the Logitech code library. Menu options are easy to execute, right down to automation tasks. My only peeves are that volume up and down actions are not as smooth as the original device remote and you need to refresh the connection to your Logitech account before the commands will start flowing. For the overall convenience this hub provides, I can live with these minor quirks. It definitely makes for a less cluttered coffee table and I now use this remote control method almost exclusively. Way cool!

We recently got several Alexa devises. We had been using a Harmony 650 for years, but when we realized there was an Alexa skill for the Harmony Hub we got one. It integrates very well with Alexa -- voice commands for most of the functions of the hub. And the IR emitter function is outstanding -- for us it just has to be somewhere in the same room of the TV and other components being controlled. Setting it up is somewhat cumbersome, however, requiring a specific sequence of events to get the hub to play with Alexa. Also, it is not 100 percent reliable, but close. I would have rated this five stars if it had not been for these to things.

I used to set these up when I work for geek squad and I finally thought of putting this in my home theater personally. I use my Google home to turn it on and off now and I never have to press anything in my home theater works flawlessly in exactly as I expect.

the Hub is easy to set up, easy to use with the Harmony app, and pretty easy to use with an Echo or Dot. Tired of using several remotes, or hunting for several remotes to switch from one thing to another? Mine keeps my tv, my Tivo and my Roku working together like a charm, all controllable from my tablet or phone.

Easy set up. Works as expected. Set up with Google hone mini to use voice activated features. Highly recommend.

My husband had to reset the tv once, because it wasn't going on the correct input. Has been working nicely since. I love being able to control everything (Tv, sound bar, PS4) with the app, no more controllers everywhere!

The Harmony Hub is perfect for anyone wanting to consolidate their remotes and the control of their IR gear. The hub works really well and offers an easy setup. The mobile app software is good but not perfect. I believe Logitech will improve this overtime. For the price it’s a great hub.

I have been using Harmony remotes for about 8 years now. Not only are they the most intuitive and most well loved remotes around, they also come with great support. The Hub is just another great product that I have picked up to help control the Amazon Fire Tv, a must have, if you want to control with your Harmony Reote.

A little finicky to setup, but works well once programmed. Using it to control Xbox, Stereo, and Project via voice through Alexa.

I spent hours...and I mean hours trying to set this up and for it to connect with my Amazon Alexa. I managed to finally set it up so it can turn on the tv, change the channels, and change volume on the TV. I couldn't even tell you how I would go about setting it up to work with Blu Ray player, or with my smart tv and apps. Either way I finally got it to work, and it did for 2 days, then it just wouldn't connect with Alexa again. So it wasn't worth the headache for me.

the Harmoney hub works for every job I needed it for. To be able to replace all of my remotes with this one hub made the coffee table cleaner and the cats have less to knock off the table. It was easy to setup with the app for the computer, and with everyone now using their phones this made it easy to switch.

This makes surfing chanels a breeze. The setup is easy and it connects to everything. I have the touchscreen remote with it and I loved it so much I got one for downstairs too. Now I can just tell Alexa to shut off the TV or find a show on my dumb TV which is now smart with this remote combo.

Finally a chance to ditch all of those confusing remotes and use my iPhone as the controller. Nothing extra to charge. No expensive remote to have the dogs chew on. Great functionality.

I have a previous version with and hand held remote and I have enjoyed it. This is the next step forward and I can get rid of my remote basket. I little learning curve on commands but it's coming around.

I can say this harmony Hub is the JACK OF ALL TRADES, it can control any device in your household, name Multiple TV's, Blueray Disk Player, Multimedia Components and more, control all these devices in your smartphone. Overall thrilled and satisfied with this product two thumbs up!

This device was necessary to use in my great room due to my components being house in a cabinet. This keeps me from having to continuously get up and down in my seat to control the television and audio devices.
