I found this to be a good product with the only exception that i would have liked to see would be the option to edit and change the layout of the buttons used for the remotes after selecting from the manufacturer and product for example the Roku Stick button labels and how they are displayed was not in a fashion that would mimic the actual remote and I would love to relabel and change the placement and order these button are displayed but that is not an option that im aware of yet. But otherwise it does exactly what it was advertised to do

The harmony was easy to setup and easily controls all the devices in my living room. Especially cool that it integrates with Echo and has IFTTT support

Bought to use with echo to control tv - works much better than older harmony models I have owned - I can really control my tv from the echo with my voice now - set up matters but if you follow the instructions on the web site it works!

This is a great device as long as you're willing to do without a remote and rely solely on the app on your phone to serve as your remote control. That was fine for me, but my wife didn't want to be tied to her phone like that and didn't always want to make sure she had her phone with her when she was watching TV. She feels that's what the TV remote's for and for it to be left on the coffee table. So I returned this and purchased the Harmony Smart Control which comes with the exact same hub and a simple low end Logitech Harrmony remote. See my fuller review on that product.

The harmony hub was easy to set up and use. It took me a few minutes to use it with the echo dot to turn my tv, cable box and fire tv on and off.

We use the harmony hub as an interface for Alexa to control our TV. Some commands work better than others, but overall it works as advertised!!

Live this little Harmony Hub. It was purchased so I could use a regular Harmony remote with the Nvidia Shield. We have a ton of devices connected to our home theater. I prefer the Shield TV. My girlfriend prefers the Apple TV. But we can control the TV, receivers, streaming boxes, game systems, etc. By adding this device. The Shield TV uses a Bluetooth remote. It's a much better system, but most home theater equipment is still using IR. Well, the hub can use both. And once you sync the hub with your Harmony remote, it will convert the IR signal from the remote to Bluetooth commands. Once synced, everything just works.

Great for intergration of mutliple devices. Easy to setup and you can pair it with a harmony remote if needed. These are getting discontinued but I love them

My theater has all the devices in another area, this hub allowed me to use the remote. 4 Stars because I'm having trouble attaching/pairing this to my PS4.

Not as good as the smart things hub. Does not always work with my TV and other IR products. When it does work it is a great addition to my smart home.

The hub works as advertised, it was a little tricky to set up IR blasters in my console. The weakness in the product is the software, it tries to simplify the setup and in doing so makes it difficult to correct mistakes and gives no feedback when something is wrong. I was too far from the hub when I tried to sync the config with the hub, the software just froze with no explanation. Previous Logitech software for remotes was much better.

Its a good product, saves lots of time and easy to setup. App is good too. setting up activities, although made simple but that needs some work.

A great product. I am done with "Where did the remote go". With the smart phone app I am able to simply turn on/off my devices even if I am a room away. I was also able to program in the remote features (custom) for my robot vacuum.

will I must say it work for what I wanted it for, to control my TV and Xbox one S. everyday when I get home from work I'm greeted by my Xbox :) , will add more devises later knowing it will handle this in the future. grate product

I installed this to work with a BenQ projector, cable box, and amp. Integrates well with the phone app, and works about 90% of the time

There are a lot of things this hub can do for you, I still haven't found out all of them. But it does work with Alexa to change channels and volume, and on and off, along with other products for lights and pluged in things.

This solves 90% of your remote problems, If.. you are just trying to consolidate all remotes to your phone. If you need a remote in your hand spend the extra bucks for the hub+Remote.

If you are into smart home tech this is a must have. Being able to control from lights to thermostats to security systems it’s awesome what one harmony controller can do when connected with the harmony hub.

This product was everything I was told it would be and more.

I wish Logitech would build one remote with the hub's capabilities. I've got this hub paired with a 950. Everything works...even with my Nvidia Shield Pro but getting it pair to the Shield was headache. But it's beautiful when finally paired and configured to your liking. Logitech please get rid of the Hub...just create one remote that does everything!
