Hub works very good most of the time with Google Home and Alexa but every once in a while glitches, does the wrong thing. Over all good product.

I won't be able to upload program and remote with my clients and other states this makes it much easier to edit them move devices from Systems.

Mainly bought this to control my tv with my Amazon echo. Works great. Some bugs need to be ironed out to work well with the PS4 and apple tv.

The hub gave me the ability to control my Nvidia Shield with my remote. Now it truly is Universal.

This hub is so easy to set up and use anyone could do it.

reason i bought this was to be able to control my entertainment center with my echo.nice to be able to turn everything on with my voice. the app on iPhone is nice and never have any problems with it. setup was easy and quick

Took me some time to set up, but it's making our entertainment system easier to control. Will be utilizing other features soon.

Not to much people know that this item works perfect with google home, this help you integrate all IR devices of the room.

I have it configured to control my A/V receiver and Cable Box. All equipment is hidden in a closet. This makes it very easy to access all the controls. Bonus was the fact that it works perfectly with Amazons Echo and Dot.

Good product but has issues with samsung TV's that have HDMI 4 as it cannot switch to it out of the box. Harmony support is the best I have ever experienced and they worked with me for hours over a few days to get it working. The family uses our phones and pads as remotes vs a single Harmony remote. I replaced 6 remotes using this HUB. This product is good but just shy of Excellent due to HDMI issue and could use more programming options for an advanced user. Takes time to set up.

Works fantastically. Once I programmed all my devices I'm able to control my entire home entertainment system from my phone or tablet. No more hunting for remotes. Now a days we all have our phones or tablets with us at all times.

Pretty effective smart home control hub. Works to link Amazon's alexa to TVs and home theatres and works 95% of the time.

I purchased the harmony hub to link with Amazon Alexa. After some experimenting it works well with Alexa. Hints can be found on the internet. Manufacturer instructions not great. It does basic functions with home theater.

Very easy setup. Slight glitches every once in a while and a slight lag, but overall very good. Has really simplified my tv experience.

He's the techy one, but it does what he needs to be able to turn on his lights in the house from his phone. I love it, ill be going up the stairs at night and he sees me going and will turn on the bedroom light for me.

The harmony have given us the ability to control our entertainment system via Alexa which is one of the things that was missing. I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone building a smart home

Bought the hub and dot combo to automate my home theater. The hub wakes up and discovers other devices on the same network quickly and helps setup common tasks. It took some programming but was easy to setup.

We went into best buy to buy a echo dot. The boyfriend has been looking at smart remotes. We found that if we bought this harmony hub, we would get the echo dot for free. We decided to give it a try. It's fun to come home and say "Alexa, turn on the tv" but we are trying to figure out how to work out the kinks with it being a smart tv and sometimes have an add in the way of opening up Hulu. If you like a tech friendly house I would say give it a try, but if technology is not a strong suit I would say let it go.

This is a great addition onto your harmony set, works well with alexa to be able to turn on the tv, if you have a complicated set up you can program it all to do it all with one phrase.

Very useful for me..coz earlier I got like 6 remotes and now using this and my smartphone make it easier to use. All in one
