The echo harmony app doesn’t work with two hubs. I can recommend one harmony per echo but if your looking to voice command a second home theater system use google home.

Finally tied tv /cable / amp / dvd / apple / chromecast /vcr together into a usable setup with voice control for everybody with Google home.

I really like the easy of the setup and able to control so many devices, I bought this one to complete my Harmony controller and be able to control bluetooth devices

RF transmitter works great, but i'm not a huge fan of the Harmony mobile app software you use to control it. It seems a bit old school. I have had trouble syncing this in with my home system and sometimes the Harmony remote will do what it is supposed to but go back to the system and say that certain commands don't work. I haven't found any trouble shooting for this yet but overall. The one part that was really easy was setting up the multiple devices. The system has a great library of units so all you have to do is pick.

I have used Harmony remotes for several years now. But this Hub is much better than any Harmony remotes I've used.

Really like this product , had to rerun the Samsung smart that I bought since it was not compatible with my tv , so I did some research on bought he harmony . Have not had any problems and works with echo dot.

I bought this so my mom to use Alexa to control her tv. There was some kind of glitch in setting up the Logitech account. I never could get it to work with Amazon Echo. Customer service was not helpful. Multiple reset attempts were pointless. I returned this and installed the FireTV Cube which is great

Pairs easily with my Google Home speaker and now I can turn on/off and control my TV and DVD with voice commands. Alternatively, I can use the Harmony app on my iPhone or iPad to control my TV and DVD.

Easy set up and eliminated all need of our remotes. Always have what I need to control every component in my hand with either my phone or IPad. I purchased 3 more for my 3 sons for Christmas presents.

I prefer Logitech products so I was happy to find that this was useful in combining all of our remotes into one.

The app makes it very easy to use. Sometimes my wife gets confused with the surround sound, TV, Sonos, etc, and she will call me while I'm at work. I just log into the app and fix it for her. Super simple.

Great supported device library; adding devices is very easy. The customization and aggregation of select RC commands in one view should have been a must-have for the software of this device. It also refuses to juggle several networks, like your home and your guest network - be on the wrong one, and nothing works.

I can't take away a star for what Sony is doing to prevent control of their PS4. It works on some stuff with the PS4 but not during movies. This controller connects to everything in my console and projector.

It is not quite the easiest thing to get started and requires a separate app when most of the TV's and stereos now can work together in harmony without assistance

It's a good control hub and does what it's meant to. Although setup needs improvement it can be temperamental.
