Not the first problem...works great...great customer service if you have questions

I purchased the Harmony Hub (with no remotes) to assist a person with a disability utilize the Google Home device to control a cable (satellite) box and an HDMI A/B switch operated by a small IR remote control utilizing voice control. I am really struggling with the set up and particularly with the Harmony app. It seems as though the Harmony can turn my satellite box on, which makes me think it is indeed connected, and it says it is "trained" by the remote for the HDMI A/B switch remote control. However, when I try to perform an "Activity" no luck. I will continue to struggle and push forward. It looks simple, and I am likely missing something simple, but so far, no joy.

Contoling the tv, dvd player, computer and Plex app using my iPhone or iPad is amazing. I recommend this hub over a regular remote.

I use this in my home theater love that it works with everything I have and I'm able to use my phone if I'm charging my elite remote

I added this to my existing Logitech remote and amazon echo dot, and being able to use voice commands to run my entertainment system is very cool!!

Easy setup, best when connected to Echo for Automation of smart devices.

Wanted to simply Home Entertainment control and this combined with Echo was perfect. Easy to set up and very flexible and how you set it up.

I bought the hub only since I don't mind using the factory remotes. I was only interested in using it to setup automation related to my TV, Reciever, DirecTV, Apple TV, Netflix, etc. After some setup and learning how to create 'activities ' I can say things like "Alexa, Turn on Yamaha Apple". My TV and reciever power up and set to the corresponding inputs etc. Works great!! Also worthy of note is that (at least in my case) there was no need for running additional RF senders to any of my devices. The hub must have a very power ful RF sender built in.

I added this hub to my entertainment cabinet and connected my receiver, ps3, Wii, cable box, and tv. Now all are voice activated thru alexa.

My husband and I have a smart home (almost everything we can automate is automated). We decided to purchase the Harmony Home Hub because we were advised that it would sync up with our Amazon Echos, and brand new Samsung 4k Smart TV. About the only thing we would get the Harmony Hub to do (once set up) was to just turn the TV on. It was very slow to respond, would miss commends (we would speak clearly) and would not change channels like advertised. We ended up returning the product.

Great to integrate into my system and works with alexa to run all components in the home theatre

Took a little while to set up and understand but definitely worth the effort. Able to control all my electronics from my phone.

Okay. At first, I purchased this to connect my audio system with Alexa but now I've incorporated all of my electronics and started using IFTTT and I can't stop making routines. I fear that it may cause me to become one of those tourists on WALL-E but you know what? It's 2020 and our time has come. Seriously though, you have to work on it a bit to make sure all devices work properly but once they are setup, it's like I'm living with HAL 9000. No regrets.

Love this thing how it connects everything via wifi, although I would recommend a geek squad guy to instal it due to the nature of programming the hub.

purchased this hub to replace older remote, very easy set up, app responds very well, much faster than old remote, works very well with amazon echo.

This device works great for pairing electronic devices. I paired it with my Smart TV and Echo as well as my lights in my "Zone"

This is a great tool to add to your smart devices to eliminate controllers. You can use your Ellexa to turn on and off your entertainment devices.

Works great with Alexa and the ability to use the app on your phone is great too, especially if you forget to charge the remote.
