Ok for a remote

It is a bit technical and clunky to set up, but once one understands how the harmony and Alexa work together, it works ok. Overall I think the tech needs improvement but it works for now.

It works but is very sensitive

The app and installation leaves much to be desired. I ended up having to uninstall/reinstall a few times before my gear worked right. Great concept, but Logitech needs to improve the bugs.

Smooth Setup - Harmony has it down!

I used this to interface between my Sony XRB55X850D - Vera Z-Wave lighting home controller and Amazon Alexa as an interface to talk to Alexa as a single source for home automation electronics control. Harmony's a nice small sleek component that seems to need little fussing with after setting it up. It's been pretty much a set and forget component. I wish it was half the price...but ... like the old adage..'You get what you pay for....'. I'm happy with the purchase.
