The Harmony home hub is a must buy. Works excellent and never have to deal with finding the remote. It is always available on your device.

I ONLY purchased this to interface with Alexa. I wanted to be able to turn the tv and and off via my voice. Ultimately the hub is a great addition to our set up and works with most of the technology (minus my 15 year old Sony reciever). The downside: its an absolut pain the butt to set up. The set up took me just over an hour (note I only set up the hub, no remote).

Controls my Sony Receiver, Samsung TV, Charter cable box and Xbox One S. Synced with my Galaxy Note 7 and an iPad I have and works flawlessly.

Works great. I use it with the hand held remote control, as well as my tablet and it makes control of my entertainment equipment easy.

Currently using my Harmony Hub in conjunction with an Amazon Echo Dot and a Google Home. Thoroughly impressed and pleased with the effects.

I use this to be able to tie my Insteon Hub to SmartThings via Yonomi. It works really well.

It gave me the ability to have my Smart TV turn on via voice commands and play streaming apps without lifting a finger!

I've found that this device is a cool addition to my home automation suit. On the other hand, the slow loading of the Harmony interface creates a terrible problem! Loads times can take up to two minutes to get to the device/activity screen so depending on where the device is located, sometimes it seems like a waste to use the hub when you can just get up and turn the device on. I have two of these and it is easy enough to switch between the hub's, but that load time is still a killer. Adding devices is time consuming and requires a lot of trial and error. My internet connection is lightening fast and not a contributing factor to the functionality. To be fair, I do not use a remote control with my hub, opting instead to control everything from my phone which was the sole reason for my purchase. I would not recommend buying this unit if you will not be purchasing the remote control as well. I've considered this but felt unsure about making the buy because I was unsure if one remote would control my two hub's and how I would be able to switch between them.

this hub made my life easier especially coming home with a very active 3yr old son... all i have to do is talk to alexa and this hub is very responsive with every commands... like turning on heater during winter days... turning on ac this upcoming summer... turning on tv and firestick... turning on disney channel for my son... sky's the limit... downside is... it only connects 8 devices... so choose wisely which devices you want to connect it to

If you have any of the remotes that are compatible then this is a must. You need this if you want to hide equipment

I have this in my living room connected to all my media and love that it interacts with Alexa to make things hands free.

I love this little box. It was so easy to set up and works better than my remote. I can control everything with my phone and Alexa!!

Great if you want to use your phone or your pad to control your tv and other devices.

There is no lag time between tapping a button on my phone and reaction on TV / Stereo, DVD, Roku. My only complaint is that to fast forward, I have to keep clicking on the fast forward button. However, I switched from DirecTV to YouTube TV at the same time I got this remote so I can't say for sure it is a problem with the remote.

I am a long time fan of Harmony Products. I bought this one to use in my office paired with Hue lighting and Samsung Smart Things... when you come into my office, the lights turn on automatically, and using this device, the TV turns on automatically based on motion and my digital signage player starts showing... then turns off after no movement is detected for a few minutes. I love home automation and this is one of the best devices to connect your legacy IR equipment to the new world of IOT.

Easy to set up the hub to work with my TV. Will be hooking up to more TVs soon. Expect the same results. Works nicely with Echo Dot.

Purchased the HUB to control my home stereo and whole-home audio system by my Echo Dot...worked great and now my home talks to me!!

Easy way to use Alexa to control audio and video equipment. Nice way also to use smartphone as a multifunction remote control.
