Worked perfectly with my Harmony One remote since in our movie room the equiptment is behind us. The hub makes it work perfectly.

I own the elite remote too. I like the hub because I can use my iPhone to control everything. Even my lights!

Bought this to work with my Echo to turn on/off the television, very simple to setup. Will be adding lights in the near future.

I recommend this product if you need to constantly switch inputs on your TV and/or receiver. Setup can be a bit frustrating. There is a mobile app to configure your activities (e.g. Watch Netflix, Turn on Chromecast). (There is also a desktop app, but I did not try it.) The layout and workflow of the app is somewhat unintuitive, and it randomly logs you out or fails to sync changes; but once all your activities are setup, you don’t have to toy with the app much. Network connectivity is not the best. There is no Ethernet. It is 2.4 GHz 802.11n only. The hardware does not appear to attempt to reconnect to the network once it loses the signal. For example, if I reboot my router, pretty much every single other wireless device will auto-reconnect. This hub does not, at least in my experience. You have to cycle the power source. Also, changing the network SSID requires you to put it back into setup mode. I have integrated this hub with my Echo Dots. It works well.

This is great to replace all my remotes, but sometimes it takes forever to connect the app to the hub.

Once we got everything loaded that we needed, it worked great. Haven't had any problems, does what we needed it to do

Best thing about this is you can hide all your boxes and have just one remote

The only thing this was good for was pairing with Alexa. The mobile app is nice but it takes a long time for actions to happen. IE by the time the app syncs up is up the tv I could have already used the 3 different remotes in a faster time.
