Good Option for Home Automation

Works with the Amazon Echo Dot and the set up is straight forward. I am using a Samsung Tab A and the Harmony App to control activities and devices. The app can be a bit laggy at times, but when it's running smoothly the button to device response is snappy.

Great way to eliminate multiple remotes

Did what it is supposed to

Extremely complex setup, and insanely slow due to it's cloud only interface. Once setup it works okay 9 out of 10 times, but when it goofs it is REAL pain to get it back to working.

Harmony hubs -- main and secondary

However, we had a secondary hub put in a bedroom so my son with disabilities could access it. The secondary hub did not really work and we had to remove it.

The deal was too good to pass up, since the cable companies remote was not RF capable. Added and paired in 5 minutes, but have had a few issues with the hub and also my 2 year old hub has acted up since the addition. I’m hoping it’s just firmware.
