Bought this hub to help control multiple home theater components and it works great.

I decided to use my iPad to control my entire home entertainment setup - 4K TV, A/V Receiver, Roku Player, Blu Ray player and Sonos Connect. I even added lighting control for my Lutron Caseta switches. Configuration of tasks (e.g. - Watch Roku, Watch a Movie, etc.) was a bit clumsy. In particular, it seemed like the only way to make the desired changes that was to delete and rebuild the task. I also found the control options for Sonos and Roku to be very limited. This was a disappointment to me since I'm trying to get to a single remote for all my equipment. The device and iPad app get you about 80% of the way there. So close!!!

I would have given it 5 stars if I would have had less trouble getting it to work with Alexa. That was the reason I purchased it. Instructions are not clear (one set says you need both apps, one says no you don't), help seems non existent. It works, but it could probably do more if there was better support.

Works great with my old iPad as a remote for everything I have. Was better than expected.

I have two of these hubs and is very easily switched through the app for tablet or Phone.

I do not give 5 stars so 4 stars is very good from me. I use Wireless TV2 to broadcast my Magnavox DVR to a second room. The Harmony smartphone app allows me to use an old cell phone as a remote control from any room in my house. It allows access to all the DVR buttons and has quick response.

Works great making my Harmony Touch thats a few years old now be able to control new device like the Fire TV

The logitech harmony hub provided the alexa voice integration I wanted. It enables me to create activities to turn IR devices on and off by voice. Only issue I had was since this is IR there has to be a clear view from the hub/IR extension to all your devices. Otherwise it will not work. But it works as advertised.

Got this to complement a new Amazon Echo to control my satalitte, TV and sound bar. Works well for this

Okay, Sometimes I'm lazy and unorganized. That means I lose my remote(s) ALL the time! I don't want to go looking for them, just need to turn the game on! This device helped me to set up a "Hey Siri, watch ESPN" voice command! I love it! Hopefully I'm just scratching the surface so far!

This product is not as great as I expected. I think it needs to be improved.

We don't have to dig for remote anymore. The app is easy to work with and the hub is easy to set up.

Works great to control all your home theater components from your phone or iPad. Very intuitive to program.

So as we all know, you buy a system and it becomes obsolete ina week, So my system is fairly old (I say 10 years) and I used a programmble remote that was dying on us. I was going to buy another programmable but saw this online and went to see it in the store. I figured it would not work with my old stuff and gave it. A try thinking i could return it. WORKS fabulous! Even on my old Denon receiver that doesn't have HDMI. I say go for it..you wont regret it!

got it installed with the help from my daughter. got it set up so one command to alexa turns on the tv, satilite box, and sound bar. voice command work good. plan to buy another one for another room. as far as i can tell it is a one room use only, it is a little high priced for what i use it for: but i still like it.

Setup was easy, so far so good. Gets rid of the clutter of multiple remotes and works with Amazon Alexa.

Purchased so I could cut down on the number of remotes floating around. Works great with Alexa!

Works exactly as expected. Easy setup. The remote that is available (separate purchase) is also very nice.
