Does what i wanted it to do. Hooked up with google assistant i am able to vocally tell it to turn on the tv and all my devices boot up (tv, 4k player, receiver). It has many possibilities. I do wish some minor changes to intuitive controls/layout (quick functions that could be setup etc). It is a nice device but operating remotes on your phone does not have as good a feeling as ergonomic remote functions.

Picked the hub up on sale for my existing Logitech remote. No issues and easy set up and syncing.

Purchased this item because it was Amazon Alexa compatible and the ability to voice command my TV functions. Everything worked fine until the Hub stopped communicating with Alexa, still trying to figure it out. Make sure you verify this before buying.

Got this to attempt to integrate my Google home with my new TV and my name TiVo box. Works ok. Most simple commands work. But not as intuitive as I would like. Have to set up "activities". Wouldn't pay full price for it. I got it on sale. Idea is good but execution needs worked on.

Not sure I really needed this as I already have a Harmony One+ that does everything that we need to, but it was half off... I'm having intermittent issues with an older Insignia TV, but other than that, it does the job.

I got this as a combo offer that included the Amazon Echo Dot. I wanted to expand my home automation past the lights and thermostat, which I already own, to voice control of my television. I'm a retired technical manager and have a good understanding of the technology involved. While I have gotten the device setup, I found it to be far from intuitive and disappointingly far from being consistently accurate. I often have to repeat verbal commands two or three times to get results. I find myself using it less and less, and would probably have returned it if I had not let the return time period slip by. I have basicly reverted to using my older hand held Logitech Harmony Remote 650 which at this moment is far superior in reliability. Hopefully Logitech will address some of these deficiencies in upcoming firmware updates.

Always been a fan of harmony remotes, this is excellent product for hiding everything in cabinet.

Device is easy to set up but once you set up this device and you try to add electronic devices to it it becomes difficult. The user interface, UI, isn't that great and I think that makes this device weak AND YOU CAN ONLY ADD 8 DEVICES per HUB.

This thing is genius. Have my home theatre and lights setup and works flawlessly.
