You need to be tech savy!

I have it working pretty good, but it took several hours of fiddling with it to get it the way I want it. If you have a simple setup, it shouldn’t take as long. Can be used with alexa or google, which requires more setup. Good luck!

easy set up..does what it's supposed to

The harmony hub can do so much more than I'm asking of it now, but it does what I ask it every time. I love being able to walk into a room and say "Alexa, tell harmony hub to turn on the TV" and the tv, lights, and cable box all turn on. I think Harmony may be on the verge on the one controller that brings all your electronics together.

Unit was easy to set up and works great!

This unit conducted as activities flawlessly, it is limited to eight devices though. But other than the eight device limit it does everything it says it well and virtually anyone can operate it.

No remote required

Still working on a few finer points. I do love how l don't need a remote. The android app seems to like my 10" tablet more than my note 9 screen.

Amazing

I was able to set up all my devices for my smart home system in less than 10 minute on the Logitec app. The only con is the number of devices you can control but I was able to connect my other Logitech remotes to create an overall great system to control everything.
