Basically it was free so I wasn’t focused on its features or utility. I’m still trying to figure out it’s benefits but there haven’t been any negatives!

I love talking to my house

It's a shame that you have to reconnect the device if you update your favorites, but I assume an update to the Alexa Skill will fix it. It was easy to set up and works well in my environment.

Great Addition, Now Works With Alexa!

It is a great add-on and highly recommended. I can now keep my home entertainment doors (wooden!!) closed shut and still control my AV amp, TWC cable box, Fire TV and Roku 4. Plus, the Amazon Echo Dot now works with the hub! I can say, "Alexa, turn the TV on" and within seconds I am watching TV.
