I purchased the hub as an addition to my new remote in an effort to continue to build out my home automation. It works with Alexa, but not 100%. I can make it turn on the TV for example, but switching activities doesn't work.

The hub works great alongside compatible harmony remotes to control all of your devices via Bluetooth and IR. I probably wouldn’t use the device by itself with a smart phone just because I like to have a separate remote available.

I purchased as I got a fire stick and it is bluetooth and my harmony remote is it. The setup took more time that I thought it would. I contacted logitech support and they helped me get everything working perfectly. Their customer service is top notch at logitech. The offer great products.

I like the Ecobee. I wish it had geofencing for multiple people. I use IFTTT and it works great. I wish settings were better explained. It looks nice on the wall. I wish it came in white though.

Overall the Logitech Harmony Hub is a great device to control items in your home. My only complaint is that it cant connect to a 5g band wireless connection, and has issue with smartconnect routers from NetGear.

Very easy to set up. No problems works well for me

I love my echo and now Alexa can run my TV and peripheral. Alexa turn on the TV an she does it! The Set up took a little work and I am still tweaking some of the settings, but once I figured out right commands it works like a dream.

I was recommended this product because I have a home theater at home consisting of: 4k tv, soundbar, ps4, nvidia shield, and PC. All of these devices are recognized by the Logitech Harmony; however, the intial set up can be a drag. The interface on the Harmony PC app is slow and isn't totally intuitive. Since you have to disconnect your Harmony and plug it into the computer running the program, any small edits can't be made on the fly. I wish the interface were easier to use and I'd have give this product 5 stars, but I gave up multiple times before I was finally able to get the harmony set up.
