Love this as I combines all our remotes into one remote!!

This hub has promise but so far it has been difficult to get it to do exactly what i want. My main issue is using it with Alexa. In asking it to turn on the tv sometimes it won't turn on all my units.

Easy to set up and good Logitech system remote hub

Works great with Alexa controlling my tv via voice.

It helped integrate my Harmony remote to my Alexa and Samsung smarthub. Unfortunately, my Harmony Ultimate One remote is slowly dying and I will need to use my phone or iPad since the only other Harmony remotes that have a screen are really expensive!

Used to add additional hub to a Harmony Elite. Now I can control my Samsung TV in the basement via screen mirroring on on our Samsung Refrigerator. Expensive for the cost of just the unit.

The product offers a useful and needed concept. I would have given it more stars if it weren't for the fact of the difficulty I had setting it up. Nothing insurmountable but definitely not "plug and play" easy by any means.

I wanted voice integration to be able to turn TV on and off with Amazon Echo as I come and go. I like background noise, and like being able to ask Alexa to turn on the Living Room TV. It works great and doesn't need anymore then this Device and an Amazon Echo. It's nice being able to open an app on my phone and control the TV as well.

I've always been a geek and drawn to being an early adopter. Harmony hun has been around for a while, but a new concept for me. Being able to create groups of functions for my media devices makes it easier for other people to use my electronic devices. Combining it with my Amazon Echo Dot makes operating things just with my voice.

We love the technology and concept of hub but there are several issues in getting it to work with reasonable commands using Google Home Mini. Our GeekSquad team is amazing to help with the programming but trying to figure out what language and actions to use when paired with the Google Home it isn't 100% functional particularly for a handicapped person that needs the voice actions. They are not very friendly voice commands to help the system work as smoothly as it could be. It's taking some work and Harmony Tech Support dosen't have updates on when these bugs will be resolved.
