The harmony hub setup and works well using the harmony app. However, it voicing commands through Alexa need improvement because sometimes Alexa does not seem to know what to do with the requested command for the hub..

Bought this to work with me Echo to control my entertainment center. Very limited functionality with Alexa. Sluggish response with app. Returned unit to await better solution.

Bought the hub because I misplaced it for the remote I already have and it gets the job done. It controls a variety of components including my Xbox, Apple TV 4k and my Sony soundbar. Hub also needed to be able to use my phone to control my components

The product really does the job I was able to turn channels while my equipment is in my media room the draw back it it not user friendly it takes a while to learn

I bought this so that I could use it with Alexa and couldn't be more happy. I can now turn on and off the television with just my voice. With this you can also change the channel mute the television and pause rewind fast forward and turn the volume up and down just to name some of the functions. Very cool!

The harmony works great depending on internet and device. I recently changed my router, and I've notice the hub work better with my new router. Old one cause it to disconnect often resulting in many resets.

I bought this Harmony hub to use with the Amazon Echo Dot to control my tv. There are no Alexa skills for use with a Direct tv dvr unless you are into programming and make your own skill. Now I can tell Alexa to turn on the tv, sound bar, and the direct tv dvr and have change the channel

I have two of these, and so far I have found them to work just as they should. The app for your mobile device can be slow at times, but using this with Alexa and IFTTT means I never have to use the app.

I bought this remote to replace 3 remotes and also to work items behind closed cabinet doors. Initially the remote was a little difficult to setup but once it began to make sense it became easier. I really like the remote and highly recommend it.

The product works great for what I needed it for and is very responsive with my Iphone. I wish I would have gotten the one with the companion remote to make things a little easier. Looking forward to adding more items to it.

Setup was easy. But I ended up not needing it as much because I already have my xbox linked to my google home, and my harmony account is also linked to my xbox, and so now I believe it thinks i have two xboxs and doesn't know what to do.
