the Harmony is a great gadget with mildy frustrating and vague instructions. Once you figure it out though you’re glad you bought it.

The Harmony Hub is pretty much essential if you're wanting to migrate the technology in your home into more of a smarthome configuration. You can do a lot of stuff with the Harmony Hub, even if it is a little hard to work with sometimes.

I won't completely blame Harmony Home Hub for the issue it and Alexa (Amazon Echo) have when they lose communication. There is a problem with the skill for the Harmony that allows Alexa to communicate with it. I never have an issue with my phone app and Harmony, only the skill that Haromony has created for Alexa. Rebooting Alexa always seems to fix the issue for me. Harmony, please find a way to get your Skill to work better and stop failing.

I use the Logitech - Harmony Home Hub with my Homeseer z-wave plugin. It runs all the IR in the house from my Android phone and pad. If you are into home automation I strongly recommend the Logitech - Harmony Home Hub

Great for controlling my HDMI switch and TV. I paired this up with HomeKit by using Homebridge and it works a amazing as a hub. There is a learning curve, but it works great!!

Its an iot ir blaster, the controls are wonky with only the app, and you need to set up routines to automate, but the device works.

My husband is legally blind and can no longer drive, so TV is a big part of his daily entertainment. This product, combined with Alexa, makes it easier for him to control the TV than struggling with the remote.

Finally, Alex turns our TV on and off and switches sources, which is a first, since we are running surround and cable and FireTV and AppleTV and Blu-ray. This is really quite wonderful.

Has been unreliable shortly after installation. Attempt to get a repairman out to fix has been ultra frustrating. Bought the equipment May 12 and am finally going to get a repairman out on July 3. Meanwhile, when one of the many failures occurs I am forced to disconnect the 2 power supply cords from the wall and reconnect. In every case when I do this, the unit reboots and the unit works fine----until the next failure event. Totally not what I thought I was paying for!!!!

great product we installed over 200 of these. too bad logitech decided to stop production. Best buy’s should but this design and continue to sell it.

a bit complicated to set up but once its going, it works as we expected. we use it to control our home theatre system and components. probably by the thermostat next

Setting this up to work with Google home was a pain to figure out. Once I got it working, a few days later it turned on the surround sound, cable box and the channel I wanted but stopped turning on the tv. When I tell it to turn volume down it turns the volume up. I'm sure this is a great product but setting it all up for Google seems more difficult then it should be. I just need my tech savvy friend to set this up for me.

Easy set up, I did visit the website to check to see if all my devices were compatible. Better to check ahead of time, many devices are compatible. Bought it primarily to tell Alexa to "turn on the TV" love that it just works!

THis took a while to set up and get acquainted with. BUt now that it is working well and I am familiar with it. It is awesome!!!!!

I got this because it integrated with Alexa. And it integrates quite well. Turning my TV off and on, changing the volume, and switching inputs all via voice is so handy. Highly recommended if you have an Echo or Echo Dot.

Harmony Hub is very cool but why not make the number of remotes with screens or without unlimited or at least 8,10, 20 etc.

Great for connecting all my tennis and tv gadgets together. Wish it was a little easier to use
