I set this up to turn on my Apple TV and my Philips 50 inch with voice command. I had been searching for a way to do this and I am glad I found this product. It works really well.

Would like to see a better software interface from Logitech on this product. Making changes/updates requires too many steps back and forth.

I have 2 directv receivers in my closed and both are for the same tv. Took me a little while to figure it out but I was able to control them individually. Had to figure it out on my own because Logitech rep was not useful.

Awesome product, much easier to configure than the actual remotes. More consistent and reliable behavior. Did away with my remotes all together and use my iPad. Wish I would have purchased one of these sooner. Game changer!

I really enjoy using this item with Amazon Alexa. The only problem is for activities sometimes you need to repeat twice.

Good product. Had some trouble at first with connecting to an Xbox via IR but once I used an IR extender to be directly in front of the console it worked well.

I only had to repurchase because my first remote stopped working after a few years. That did not surprise me as with young kiddos nothing holds up anymore. The new remote seems a lot sturdier than the older models.

I bought this herb to use to integrate with my SmartThings Hub to control my television and audio. Works well but difficult to set up.

Works well, had to research Alexa commands. Must say exact works to work properly, but works. A little expensive to just work the TV.

The setup was a little difficult with the Hub but got it to work with a little help from the chat room. I have not found a device it will not work with. Range is decent.

We have this plugged in near TV and it works great. We can tell Alexa to turn on TV, or Movie, or whatever...and tell her what channel and to adjust volume. Awesome when the remote is lost in the couch!

It is very convenient to be able to control everything with our phones, but they do not maintain connection with the hub all the time. So, when you want to fast forward or change channels, you have to wait for the connection to be reestablished, which is frustrating. The buttons are close together and it is easy to hit the wrong thing. Also, frustrating. Just because of these 2 things, I am not sure I would recommend this.

Very useful. Can set up Harmony hub to control about any thing with an IR remote or bluetooth remote in the house.

This is great product ,once you figure how to setting it up took several try's before you control everything you want to control.

This works alright. If you have a lot of equipment it can be tough to position it so it can control everything.

Easy to set up and load your tv settings to the remote. Looks nice on the tv table.

I had no idea what this was, I got this for Christmas I had no idea what it did, When my husband hooked it up with our smart home it was great. Best thing ever.

I love it, however it lost a start because of the difficult setup. You’ll have to be calm and collected to set those up.

Not sure if many Best Buy employees know how this works since I asked if there was such a device and most responded no. But just tell Alexa to turn tv on or change channel and hub takes care of it.

Moved into a new home, where all components were housed in a closet - set up the hub; worked very well.
