It works as expected. I do not have that much use for it but to integrate my Xbox and tv with Alexa. So far so good.

I have not seen a better product which handles so much integration with my smart home devices. I got this is at 50% off so I can't complain. Love it.

I purchased the harmony elite and loved it do much I bought this remote as a add on so I could have the harmony experience in the bedroom. I love it.

Hub works seamlessly and gives me better range and accuracy with my Logitech remote. No more missed numbers when changing channels.

Works as expected...controls signals from remote even not in line of site. Still have to tweak some commands from hub to devices...all in all excellent.

This product doesn’t work all the time. Turns on/off TV only 1/4 of the time.

Bought it for my parents since they kept losing the remote. Now they could use their cellphones. So far they love it.

Would have been 5 stars if my TV was closer to all my devises. I have a media closet across the room and because the TV can not get a signal from the hub. Right now I have to problem solve to try to get it to all work is one shouldn't be impossible just delaying being able to use all the voice command features.

Really neat integration with Alexa. Works most of the time, occasionally does not.

I had owned a Harmony Touch for about 3 years. The Hamony Hub works well with it and makes the Harmony Touch universal remote work much more reliably.

Works great with my Google Home. I also have the ultimate remote and they work great together. Does everything I wanted it for and more.

Very pricey for how hard it was to set up. If you go this option, get the remote to go with it. Using the cell phone is coinvent, but it's hard to navigate on the phone, if you have several devices set up.

The average consumer will be very frustrated with this item, needs more simplicity. I'm well informed when it comes to electronics and this item needs some avg Joe's input on how they see themselves using it, this item requires to much verbal structure in its commands for Avg. Joe... Joe is not that structured.

It took a lot of time and tweaking but have it all figured out.

I enjoy being able to use my phone or table as a remote. I interfaced it with Alexia and its even better. Great product!

Good product, allows for concealing components and has great range

I use this exclusively to send the wifi commands to control the roku stick from my Harmony remote! It works great and has no delay!

These things really work when you set them up correctly. Some patience is required.
