    Easy to setup, fast response and works well in a variety of environments so long as you have a strong WiFi signal.

    App configuration is limited and have not tried yet through the web version yet. i hope it will allow for more customization like dont need power on and off if it doesnt have discrete power of eqipment configured. when choosing different sources.

    I had to go through the setup process about five times before the remote worked correctly. The next day, the TV button did not turn on all of the TV devices and the DVD button would not change the TV to the correct input. I had to go through the setup process three more time. I felt like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day.

    I bought the hub separately thinking I would use this second one with an Echo device. Alexa or Google can only control one Hub at a time, even in different homes. I own many Harmony devices but returned this separate Hub.

That limitation is obviously out of the control of our services. I hope that you are enjoying the Harmony Hub you do have and that it is performing and doing the tasks you desire.
