I bought this to go along with my harmony remote. Its probably good that I did because it didn't work well on it's own until I had the remote synched up as well. Remote distance didn't really seem all that improved using the hub.

The device doesn't support IFTTT commands for individual Devices. It only supports Activities. Spent around 10 hours trying to get help and support and finally got it set up to barely work. Tech support is horrible. My smart IR curtains get counted as a device per curtain. And since you're only allowed 8 devices, this makes it pointless to own in conjunction to my home theater system. I would need three home hubs to get my curtains and home theater system to work.

I can control all my devices from my phone. I don’t have to worry about loosing my remote anymore.

Bought this for my Mom so she could hear her tv better. It works just fine. I would recommend it.

Picked up a harmony hub to tie in Alexa and my other "Smart" items together and works like a champ!

I researched the many available smart IR controllers before deciding on the harmony. It works fine. But because of the nature of infra-red devices, it does not work consistently accurate. This, however is not necessarily related to the quality of this product.

Told I needed it to use Alexa on my system - Alexa wouldn't work - so we returned both of them - would recommend only if needed - easy refund to my account - no hassles with sales slip, all original packing and only two days from purchase

It does what it says it will do. I have all my devices perfectly integrated. I love it.

I use it daily, works great. I have used Logitech over the years and they a always very good products.

The Harmony hub works great for controlling my media center. Easy to install and set up in minutes!

Finally have all my devices connected, Alexa, thermostat, entertainment devices. Works great.

I had my harmony for about a week before I returned it. It was nice to use my phone to turn on the tv and turn up and down volume but that’s about all it would do I could not get it to connect to my cable which was very disappointing.

This is a great addition to my smart home system but the HH is hard to set up at first - good luck.

This device controls environmental objects such as thermostat or lights adequately, but syncing with Alexa has been time consuming and I have given up. Really wanted it to work as my husband needs voice control due to low vision.

Wonderful! Does a great job. A little tough to setup for someone like me but very happy.

Very useful if you have the remote to go with it. The mobile app is also fairly decent.

Bought as a gift. He was very pleased. Would recommend.
