Great idea, but...

Communication delays!!

This was not the case! Had several issues with delays when button was pressed for various units to turn and on several different devices. I miss the old Harmony One Remote!!!

Not Simple

Returned the same day. Did not recognize 2 of my devices and the manual input was a chore. Wanted to get it to work with Google home, but never got that far and gave up! Might work great with newer devices?

High priced
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Harmony Home Hub would not bounce a signal to my Pioneer receiver when the cabinet doors were closed. It worked with all other devices and worked with the Pioneer receiver when the doors were open thus proving the receiver was not at fault. Therefore, I was forced to pay an additional $35 for Harmony Precision IR Cables. I spent over 2 hours on the line with a Logitech tech. in order to learn this.
