Still having some difficulties with Harmony Remote

Harmony Logic said they would support me, however the haven't responded when I left a message. I haven't given up hope that I will at some point be satisfied. As my nickname states NO TECH - I need more support than most. Thankfully, the Geek Squad at Best Buy has been very supportive.

Works - intermittently

But the activities don't seem to work on a regular basis. It often seems to depend on the state your TV is in when using the activity (on/off, HDMI2/Tuner, etc.). Whether or not I am doing everything perfectly, it just doesn't seem to be a very robust system.
