Kind of a hassle to set up but works pretty good overall.

Everyone ranted and raved over the Harmony remote. I bought this to automate my "go to bed" routine at home and wanted more control. Said it worked with my old receiver I use for surround sound, but doesn't turn it on or off. It's just ok.. Not sure I would have bought it again if given the option.

Not very user friendly. It doesn't work very well with a ps4.

Easy to set up, however it loses connection to the network often and its about 2 feet from the router! Sadly Logitech is pulling out of this business, so future support will probably be skeptical

I purchased this product to use with my google home and was not impressed with the functionality. Not sure if it was google, logitech, or me. But seemed like it struggled listening to the commands that it is supposed to respond to. I ended up returning the unit.

Still cannot use remote but works with other devices do kept.

More trouble then worth. Often times it just took to many clicks would not receive command on first input although an item incredible idea in theory just left my way more frustrated then happy.

I thought this would help with having closed, sectioned cabinets. It did not at all as it is too glitchy and finicky. Sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. It got to the point where it was just too frustrating to use.

WE HAVE A FAIRLY WIDE RANGE OF SMART HOME DEVICES AND I AM VERY COMPETENT IN HOOKING THINGS UP BUT COULD NOT GET THIS TO CONNECT TO OUR NETWORK. WE ARE REPLACING OUR ROUTERS TO WHOLE HOME AND MIGHT TRY AGAIN BUT SO FAR IT'S RETURNED.

The application is not intuitive, and the fact of controlling only devices with infrared (without ip support), the activities always want to turn on a certain device, and it may already be turned on. Ends up turning it off.

I purchased this item (after owning a couple of Logitech remotes over the last 10 years) to put my phone to work...instead of sitting there every night...! I like this way better than the Blumoo item as the Logitech allows you to enter the actual product number for your devices which is definitely both quicker and less...stressful! Loaded everything up and, now for the slightly bad news, after setting up my activities and running through them the first time with no problems, I noticed that I couldn't control the volume, cable menu page up or down as well as tv input...probably alot of other fuctions when I turned it on later that day. Re-did everything twice but still the same trouble. Looked around the net but no real answers but I came up with a solution. First go and select your activity and, once everything switches on, switch to the devices menu and you'll be able to control everything through each individual device. WAY easier than any solution I found online. Another hint...scroll out of the app on your smart phone while you watch your shows as the phone stays on constantly while app is running. Going back into the app when you're ready as it's quick enough. The battery life will drain before your eyes if you don't...trust me!!! I love this thing...you will too.

Maybe it would have worked, but after several resets, only connected to 1 tv. I got tired. Seems logitech has very lower tier products and this is one of em.

Bought two units recently. Easy to pair with android or ios phone. Once paired, you have no trouble reconnecting to the hub. Once in a while (once every two weeks) I have to unplug it from power for a second, then plug it back in for it to work properly, however, it happens only when two or more phone are controlling the same unit and reconnecting several times in a row controlling same activity in different ways, causing the hub "getting confused". Works great with Philips Hue bridge.

Hard to set up then once it took control of my tv it blocked the cast function and I had to re start my tv to store mode And Alexa don’t connect so easy I returned it to the store

This device was purchased for voice activation of a tv through Alexa. It works great in my home with a secure network but not being used on an insecure network.

When it works, it is great. The problem is that it doesn't always work. Sometimes it will turn the tv on, but not the cable box or speaker. I think it's a software issue.

Didn't really care for this. Was difficult to set up and didn't integrate with my amazon echo the way I wanted it to. If you buy this, pay to have geek squad set it up
