    I have a Roku and controlling it was brutally slow. Once you’re able to get IR to work with the Roku, it improves but is at least 2 times slower than using the provided Roku remote. Want to use it on a fire tv cube ? Forgot about it, most apps don’t support the use of the ok center button that the fire tv remote uses , and can’t train the hub because it can only learn from ir and not Bluetooth. What a joke.

      Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Harmony Hub. The Hub should connect to your Wi-Fi using the 2.4GHz channel. If your router does not support 2.4GHz, you will need a dual-band router that can transmit in both the 5.0 and 2.4GHz channels.     Product seems ok but no help to install no manual and what help was supplied lack communicative skill poorly written not understandable then no one to answer anything computers stink they cannot think like a human so responds poorly not happy unit only particularly works would not recommend to anyone

    I tried to have this control my system however after update and update this still does not work with Alexa. I can however use the app fine.

    Item was a great thought and bought for convenience level since it's harder to lose your phone compared to a remote. And the item worked temporarily, but just long enough to get outside of the returns period and then stopped working. I went thru all the troubleshooting I can and it just doesn't work and now I can't return it cause it's outside the return window. Waste of money. Buy the remote!!

    Not an easy set up. Didn't work with my cable box. Had to call logitech 3 times and they couldn't get it working. I finally got it to work for a second and then it stopped again. Didn't work well with Alexa. Dont waste your money. We returned it.

    I’ve been disappointed with everything I have purchased from this company. This product was probably the worst. Support wasn’t very helpful either. It will steal hours, if not days away from you. Do not buy. Do not believe the good reviews. The happiness will fade after about 3 months when you realize you can’t get your money back.

    Purchased product from Best Buy. I installed it and it will not turn on the recently Best Buy purchased Samsung TV from Alexa. Works right after I Program it, but won't work after a few minutes. Harmony support could not fix. Tried to return to to Best Buy, Manager would not take it since it was purchased 8 weeks ago.

    Great deal on this and Logitech remote, love my Best Buy store. But, not for my use it seems. My components are in a cabinet and never could get it paired fully with the remote and all the equipment. As for Logitech support, non existent. Would not recommend for in cabinet use

    Bought this after the Logitech Universal remote didn't work.....It was suppose to fix the sensitivity issues of pointing the remote directly at the TV.....No dice!! Don't throw your money away!

    Bought one product because my original Harmony setup stopped working, the replacement didn't work, went to store to replace the replacement & this one doesn't work either. Geeks have been to my house three times.

    Have been unable to connect to my Sonos Arc. Terrible customer service. In fact...No customer service. I tried to do a online Chat and all I got was a Bot. Very poor.
