    I was hesitant at first but quickly learned this little device works well. It worked all of my devices and was easy to program, however, it will take some time. Especially, if you have a lot of devices and start programming activities. The device works as described. I would give 5 stars, however, the only negative would be it can be a little glinchy. Like with any technology that depends on your home network for connectivity. It works most of the time but sometimes you have to disconnected from wifi and reconnect. Not sure if its my network or the device. It does connect to Alexa and it control your activities with no issue. If you like techology or moving towards a smart home, you will love the app. It has all your devices and activities all in one place. I use my iPad mini and it looks great. I was even able to program my genetic LED lights I have behind my tv. Overall, I love it and would recommend.

    Bad product did nothing it’s designed to do dropped wi-fi repeatedly and would not reconnect even after multiple attempts I don’t recommend this product

    I mess up my controller it was changing the wrong channel it is the worse product on the market it is not worth the money either

    We purchased this to run our t.v. through alexa and paid 100 for it to be too confusing to use. It has sat in its box for a year.

    Purchased this for Xmas as a "family" gift and I had trepidation about setting it up after reading all of the negative "install" comments. Figured, we'd wade through and once it was setup, it'd be great. Well, we had it all setup in less than an hour and had complex devices, so I'm not sure about all the negativity. We even have it setup to run a RasPlex (Rasberry Pi device that runs our Plex TV/Movies). Had to program a few buttons, but it worked fine. In fact, we learned a few things about our Sony home entertainment system and was able to handle the lag time and some of the input cycles. The Activity setup was very easy to figure out if you just read the instructions. Never had to call support for any reason as their website was pretty helpful on how to get the unusual devices to work. Setup: 5 year old Sharp TV, 6 year old Sony Home Entertainment system, TiVo, Xbox 360 and a RasPlex. All iOS 8 devices. We setup the software on an older iPad Mini, a regular iPad and 3 iPhone 6's as well as ran the MyHarmony software on one of the MBP's just to see how that software looked. We created 3 separate "Activities" (Watch TV : Watch Plex : Play XBox) and now everything switches on and setups beautifully for each need making it ready to go with one button click. Remotes work great and the setup was all less than an hour, although we fiddled trying to get it to turn on more obscure devices like our IR fireplace. No go on that one, but we tried. So, I am very pleased with this system and even impressed that we got the RasPlex to work and all for $100 bucks. Can't go wrong with this solution, even if it takes a little setup time, definately worth not having ANY remotes on the ottoman or coffee table. They're all tucked away in a drawer for emergencies.

    Alexa, turn on TV!

    Surprised at how well this unit works. I have a Roku TCL TV + Onkyo Receiver + Cisco cable box from Cox. Setup was a bit tedious with the app, but it worked. I was able to test out the RF blaster consistently to test turning on and off each device. I ended up positioning the RF blaster extension like they showed in the picture. Setup the Harmony Alexa skill and added the device through the Alexa App. Easy enough. Now I feel like I'm on the deck of the USS Enterprise. "Alexa, Turn on TV" (turns on all 3 devices, automatically tunes Roku TV and the receiver to the cable TV inputs. As an added bonus, changes the channel on the cable box to the Weather Channel). "Alexa, turn on HBO" (programmed a favorite channel with the Harmony App). "Alexa, Turn off TV" (turns off all 3 devices). Even better, asking Alexa from the bedroom echo after I've forgotten to turn the TV off downstairs! Highly recommended!

    Once integrated the NEWEST version of the Harmony app and the echo dot will now able to control the Television, Cable box and Ro\ku.. No need for a third party app like yonomi. Alexa Turn on Netflix is now working.. You need the app on your smartphone or you can use the pc to set it up as well.
