    Non-intuitive app

    My review is likely to get deleted. I'm a technical trainer and, after two hours, I could not get the app to even interact with a smart tv on the same wifi internet. The app (and there are two of them so you have to make sure you pick the right one) is non-intuitive. I struggled to figure out where to go. There is little helpful support materials available online. I finally gave up and I am returning the device. It is a time sucker.

    Logitech Harmony Hub Fail

    Don’t waste your money. No support from Logitech. Sent wrong power adapter and if you get a human, they hang up on you. Rory Dooley has no business running a business. Clearly his employees don’t have the tools they need to do their jobs. Bad CEO = BAD Company LOGITECH. Old Harmony Link they will stop supporting, worked great. This replacement is no solution and Logitech has no solution to become a company.

    They need more work for IOS

    I use this hub with my IOS tablet, and Google Home, and it’s about a 50/50 chance it will work, and the app crashes if you try to fix/fine tune. My issues have to do with not turning all components on/off, so I still need to use the device remotes to get everything to work. They NEED MORE WORK, Logitech website just as disappointing !

    Does not work with Amz Echo

    All I wanted was Alexa to be able to talk with my TV. This was a product which said it could; but it can't. At least not very well. 30 minutes on hold with Logitech support - they never answered. I eventually found the software update that everyone in the reviews talks about. That worked and the critter talked with Alexa for 24 hours, then stopped. Another 40 minutes of poking and prodding and I got it to work again. Two hours later it was disconnected again. Now it has been returned to BB.

    Bad unit

    We are on our second unit now. The first one started going bad about three months after purchase three years ago. We had Best Buy come out and re-set it, re-program it, then a few months later we turned it in for another one. We now have to reset the newer unit once per day, up from three times per week last year. We wish we never had purchased it. I'm ready to find another co to install something that will work !

    Setup is impossible

    I returned this hub. I tried to pair a 2 year old Sony TV, a new Pace Cable Setup box, G4 Apple TV, a 2 year old Yamahja Reeiver and a 10 year old Sony PS-3. The Sony devices would not pair even after numerous efforts and even deleting the configuration and reconfiguring multiple times. If you have an existing universal remote control that works as I do, I would suggest you, avoid this device.

    Logitech has awful customer support!!!

    Bestbuy is great but Logitech has the worse customer service of anyone that I have ever called. I just bought a new Harmony Hub and called to ask a question and he said I have to charge you money to answer that question. I said I just bought it today from BestBuy and he says ask BestBuy! I am obviously returning it today. Strongly advise against customer service from these people!.

    DAILY PROBLEMS

    We loved the idea of the Harmony system but have experienced problems with it daily. It is undependable and frustrating. We have tried repeatedly to schedule repairs, but the persons with whom we worked had left, and SEVERAL times I was left on hold for so long that I hung-up. Frankly, they over-promised and under-delivered.

    Really Logitech? 2017 LG 60" and I can control on/off, channel and volume only via Alexa. Your mileage may vary based on what you are trying to control.
