This beautifully designed device truly does replace all my other remotes. I now never have to use the other devices to solve any problems. It is all right there. However, it tends to become unsynchronized so that I will not be able to control the volume in the Sony sound bar without specifically going to that device within the remote, instead of controlling everything from the TV section. Bottom line, though, is that it does what it claims to do, and I am much happier with this remote. The LCD screen is a gem, and make it so much easier and intuitive to control things.

Easy setup solid feel. I have to use the help button often because when I select an action. It does not get it right the first time. I have several devices programmed to operate at once and it seldom gets it right the first time around. One last minor complaint; the screen does dim but not enough.

At least with this one you can tell which way this remote is facing while it's in your hand. Still getting used to the touch screen portion, but was easy to program and had codes for my vintage Carver audio gear. Got mine on a fluke price of $99... then it went "on sale" a week later... for $199?

This product is great, very easy to setup. The setup is done online and downloaded to the remote. Easy troubleshooting interface on the remote.

Remote works really well and easy to setup and use. Touch screen can be sensitive at times and when we hit the ? on the touch screen by accident, it turns off the TV. But overall, this remote is great

I have purchased many universal remotes and the Logitech harmony remotes top them all. This remote has easy setup and pretty easy to use.

This remote was given as a gift. I'm told it is fantastic. Everthing is connected to one remote and it is fantastic. I would buy it agin

It's an alright remote but the touchscreen is a bit unresponsive. If I was the only person using the remote I would be happy with it. However, being that my wife and visitors also have to use it, not really user friendly.

I had used an older version of Logitech remote and therefore it was easy doing a setup for this new remote - approx. 5 minutes....

At this price, this remote is way better then so many others on the market that claim the same functionality. I used it to replace a Sony Remote Commander that went defunct after Sony stopped supporting it - and this was a cheaper/handy alternative. I use it often and it controls all my home theater devices and sets up very easily. The added computer interface is great when updates or changes to your devices or how they work need to be made. I enjoy this product. Just wish there were more actual buttons on the device itself rather then having to scroll through the different functions for different devices on the touch screen. Still, it works great !

Makes using your home theater system easy. Have 5 devices and all 5 are set up for one touch use. The unit came fully charged, initial set up was easy, and has been a pleasure to use.

I absolutely love this remote! It works great and allowed me to get rid of all my remotes and just use this one for everything.

Logitech is a pretty reputable company and i've owned mice, keyboards, webcams etc from them for years. It wasn't until 2011 when i first owned by logitech remote control. I previously owned a logitech Harmony 1100. The IR feature for that remote was horrible, and you had to point the remote for a good 15 seconds for it to intialize all your devices. Not to mention it didn't work half the time so i had to bring up their set up assistant to fix the device....EVERY TIME. For years i've lived with this problem until i recently had enough. Enter the harmony touch. After owning this remote for 3 months, i can safely say that logitech definitely upped it's game in the remote control business. Given the ability to program your channels in your favorites with icons just made things so much easier. Oh and did i mention that i no longer have to wait a good 15 seconds to turn my devices on?? It just turns everything on immediately. The macros have also improved. I rarely have to fix and run the "Help" set up assistant. it feels like an actual remote in your hands. It's a great product and definitely would recommend this for all households.

Plug into your computer and just set device models. You need your device models before you start to program to make it fast

I decided to buy this remote to replace a Harmony 650. Couldn't be happier! It programmed better and overall functions better than the 650. It still maintains the Logitech quirks that plague their entire series: You have to be careful at pointing the remote directly to the devices when you start/turn off an activity otherwise something will not turn on/off and you have to go through the troubleshooting questions to turn the device on/off. Once you learn the remote's "needs" then everything works great! I would recommend this remote. Bought on a sale and got a lot of value from it.

Had my son program the remote and it continues to work fantastic. I love just touching a button and everything is ready.

Good remote if you can get it on sale. It has some nice features but with the release of the new Comcast remotes these remotes may be a thing of the past.

Overall, it was easy to setup and is easy to use. The only downside is getting use to the touchscreen...I was slightly annoyed by having to unlock the screen so I disabled the lock, but then it made the remote susceptible to accidental presses. I got used to this pretty fast though and it hasn't really been a problem.
