Simply the best remotes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the "touch" to replace a 700 that i had for 5 years and recently gave to my Mother-in-law. Enough features to warrant the additional expense, but the touch has been discounted recently. The touch screen favorites, is a real nice feature.

Logetech remotes are great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a replacement for a Logetech remote we had 5 1/2 years. We had to return it since we do not have internet accessibility by the cable connections.

Very poor design for a universal remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a big fan of Logitech products. However this is the worst product they ever made. Very poor design. The remote is very short and sits awkward in the palm. The main function buttons are in the wrong spot. Only plus is the preset station favorites. Returned to Best Buy. Will keep using my old Harmony 650.

think before you buy worse costumer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After one year of use the back of the remote start to get sticky i never use any product to clean the remote was just wipe with some fabric. I call the customer service and they told me to take the rubber part out! A remote control that cost more than $500 with out parts for service?! Seriouslly?!?! I don't not recommend any remote control from Logitech. This will be useless in one year or you buy a extend warranty form best buy. That i extreme recommend !!!!!!

Good Remote But Not Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return this after one day because not all the functions were accessible on the Harmony to access everything I have (TV, SOUNDBAR, BLURAY).

Great Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great remote. Very versatile, and does everything we need, except it doesn't work for our Playstation 3. Only drawbacks I have, is that I do miss having my number buttons on my remote, and I do not like having to swipe sideways to wake up the remote and get to the programmed channel buttons. If you want to go to a channel that you don't have preprogrammed, since you don't have number buttons, you have to go to the guide....then touch the icon for a channel you have programmed that's nearby to it, then arrow up and down. If I buy another Harmony, I'll be looking for one with the number buttons still on it, or at least an option for a number pad on the touch screen.

Like a smart phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as an replacement for my Harmony one remote. At times this Harmony touch requires 2 hands for operation. It is sensitive and swipes easily. Also very user friendly from set up to operation. Logitech was also helpful with a unexpected email showing how to customize your unit.

Great Remote and a must for all Home Theaters!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned a couple different past Harmony remotes and this one is by far the best thus far. It is much easier to navigate and improoved simple one touch commands make it easy for all in my house to use! The setup is difficult so I recommend that you have the Geeksquad do it for you (well worth the cost). I have had this remote for a couple months now and no problems yet. The new charging base is great and the touch screen works well. The only issue is the lack of page up/down on this remote. That is now located on the touch screen menu, small issue. Overall a great remote that is easy to use and has great options (also added the Playstaion adapter which is great for Blueray movies). I Highly recommend this Harmony!!

Best Harmony remote by far
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my most recent Harmony remote. I have used the 500, 600 and 700 series. Also have the Monster MCC AV100 remote that uses the Logitech set-up. The Harmony Touch has a state-of-the-art design that features 1-touch graphics and hard AV activity buttons. The IR control is very fast and strong. I can even control my Lutron lighting system without line-of-sight aiming. Very happy with the small footprint of the battery recharger. The web-based set up is simple and provides professional programming and control that includes selectable TV channel icons, robust macros and convenient troubleshooting that corrects the status of your components if your system control goes out of sync. HIGHLY recommend...!!!!

Great remote, liked the Hamony One slightly better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Harmony One and love it, but this remote lacks the physical keyboard. It has some additional features over the Harmony One. If you have multiple devices I recommend this remote. It will run several macros that turn on devices in the order you like as well as switch all inputs to the proper setting for the application you want. It is rechargeable so no more dead batteries.

Great universal remote for anyone.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product is good and easy to use. Setup is very intuitive, however you will need to install software from website to begin. Product is a must for anyone looking to consolidate the number of remotes.

Not worth full retail, but good on sale
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already had a Harmony Keyboard Hub. I have since phased the PC out of my home theater somewhat. Despite using the keyboard less, I still use my hub daily. I grew tired of having to rely on my cell phone. The primary pain point is that I cannot pause the video when a call comes in as the call takes over the screen. The guy at Best Buy told me this would not pair with my hub. I thought he was wrong, and he was. I was glad to see the touch screen interface was updated to match the current style used by more recent Harmony remotes. Even though this remote can control 15 devices, my hub only does 8, so the remote when paired with a hub goes down to the 8 device limit. This remote is either paired with a hub or stand alone, but can't do hybrid. In other words, once it is part of the hub, it will only work with that and the devices associated with the hub, nothing independent. Some other similar touch remotes have dedicated home control buttons, but that want a deal breaker for me. I prefer the thinner and more comfortable feel of the new Elite remote, but I got this on super cheap closepout rates, so it was about 1/4th the cost. Worth it at that rate, not at full MSRP.

Technology at its best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great resource for getting all your devices managed in one place. A little tricky getting it set up if you don't really follow every step!

Good Universal Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good Entry Level Universal Remote. Easy to program with the online software provided from Logitech. Takes care of basically all the programming for you once you add all the devices that you want to control such as your A/V Receiver, TV and or Sat/Cable box. Easy to operate and navigate through. Just wished the touch screen on it was a bit bigger.

Great remote!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this remote for 5 years now. I paired it to a harmony hub and it's been running fine ever since. The soft touch paint on the back is wearing down and the battery doesn't last more than a day off of the cradle, but hey it's 5 years old and has been chewed on by my dog, dropped 1000 times on tile, drinks spilled on it...so it doesn't owe me a dime. The smart home integration is pretty cool, but I would like the ability to have more granular control over everything (give us expert mode!)

Great remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this remote. Does everything I need, can program the Macros and really drill down and set up the features very granularly. I am planning on buying another of these for a birthday present. The help button is poorly placed and will sometimes accidently get touched which will cause the remote to change the input. Gets a bit frustrating until the learning curve is over.

Saved my marriage!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We've all been there--the awesome AV setup, but too many remotes for the spouse. When they don't work the way the spouse thinks they should, it's your fault. God bless Harmony! Took a bit to set up, but when my wife of 25 years can touch one button and everything works right, I don't have to defend my system anymore. Happy wife, happy life--thanks Harmony!!!

Missing numerical keypad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve used this remote for two years now. Holds a decent charge, I get three days before it dies. It has its nuances but once you accept them and learn to get around them it’s really a solid remote. Would be a five star for me if it had a physical numerical keypad rather than touchscreen a few screens over

This should solve all your remote control needs!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a previous Harmony that was good but did not always change the HDMI input the way I needed it to, and it would never go from 3 to 2 only from 3 to 4. When you have 5 HDMI inputs it can be frustrating to cycle through all of them. This one works exactly the way I want it to!

Expensive, but absolutely worth it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very impressed by the features, and using the device is quite easy. Switching between icon-based 'favorite' channels and manual entry was tricky at first, but with 50 available favorite settings, I just added more thought the portal. Geek Squad setup the remote and it was well worth the cost. This version goes through my cabinets which saves time (vs. opening and closing doors) and turns on and shuts off all the controlled components. A home wi-fi connection is needed for the initial setup. Overall, I'm pleased with the remote.
