This remote is awesome. Easy to use, especially in the dark, which was what I hated about my older Logitech remote. I was able to set it up without any problem, and so far it works great. My only complaint is that I wish it had an indicator to let me know that it's charging.

Overall this is a great product! - The user friendliness is okay. The people who use it on a regular basis have no problems, but if you have friends over or anything, I am constantly having to walk people through everything. - durability is questionable, this is my second time buying this because it fell off of my couch and the screen cracked.. Unfortunately that type of thing isn't covered by the warranty. - I think the remote is cool and convenient but I don't think this remote or ANY remote control is actually worth $200, but unfortunately we all spend money on stupid things haha. Also sometimes simple things can be annoying to do like when you are watching tv and want to change the surround sound setting or something along those lines. I often find myself reaching for my actual remotes pretty often.

Overall the remote functions very well and is intuitive in use. This is my fifth Logitech harmony remote. My only complaint is the lack of dedicated number buttons and page up/page down buttons. While these are available via touch screen, I constantly finding my eyes jumping from TV to remote to change channels or browse the guide.

Nice remote for all of your entertainment center needs. Wish it had a gyro so I can use the pointer feature on my new 4K tv.

Works great when using for Cable Box, Receiver Remote, and TV. However this model will not work on Apple TV or Amazon Fire.

I was able to get the remote to turn on and off my devices. I wanted to program extra components, but was unable to get it to work properly. It did replace another remote and works better than the last one. I previously had a Harmony remote and that was a nightmare to program. This one was at least easy to program.

The Harmony remotes have become the best universal remotes by far, and this remote was an excellent value for $99. I was able to pair it with my Harmony Hub, which raised my device limit to 15 total.

I have the harmony one and this one is good. But I wish it had motion detection. I have to hit a button to wake it up

Fairly easy setup. My only complaint is that the remote doesn't seem to remember the channel to associate with each component. My DVD is on Hdm2, my Roku is Hdm1, my Tv is on Ant. Although I have programmed these is, I always have to manually go through the Help to select the right input when I change devices.

Bought this remote after having the 890 for a really long time, even switched up the LCD screen on that one, the Harmony Touch is a very nice classy looking and feeling remote. Although the buttons are in different places and the screen sometimes gets touched by mistake, it just takes a little getting used to. I love the heavy fell, feels like quality in my hand, not just a plastic piece of Junk. Overall this is one of the best remotes I have owned, especially good (as most Harmonys I have had) for multiple devices, I use an AV Receiver and the TV volume, DVD player and TVs. Pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

I'd been eyeing the Harmony line for quite a while but didn't pull the trigger until I caught one on sale. I'm glad we finally made the jump because this remote is awesome. A ton of customization options and very easy to set up via my laptop. Very responsive and durable.

The price match gave me a great price. Set up was not that hard, but still learning best ways to use it. Touch screen advance is sometime slow, but the buttons do okay. The lighted screen is great at night in low lighting. When one of the devices doesn't start up, it walks you through the process of getting it right.

I had the harmony one before this one, and liked it more than I do this newer model. For instance, the backing on this remote is very slick, It can be hard to grasp. They placed some of the more used buttons in awkward positions, for instance the reverse butting is right below the power button and can be mistaken. The guide button is at the very bottom of the remote. Seems to me that the engineers who picked the placements placed them without any thought. The remote works exactly as advertised, just wish a little more thought had been placed on button positioning.

I bought this remote to replace an old Harmony remote where the screen just gave out. I have a Harmony One which is still my favorite (for a different TV) but it's been discontinued. I went with this Harmony remote as it was the latest out there. It takes a bit getting used to but we like it and we are using it.

We purchased this because we trust logitech, and use a computer to run our t.v. off antenna and many other av equipment. Unforunatley it hasn't worked right yet for what we wanted, the almost 300.00 price tag is pretty high but the offer best buy had at the time we thought was worthit

I love this remote, and I bought it for the touch screen, and the brand. I realize now, that I'd rather just be able to have access to a button on the remote rather than having to scroll down a list on the screen to get to the button. It's a great remote. I was looking for something easy to use with the Tivo.

I got this remote after my 4 & 5 year old boys managed to break the screen on my Harmony One. This seemed to be the current replacement that didn't have me losing any previous functionality, so I went with it. Overall I like the remote just fine, but buttons that the One had as "hard buttons" (actual keys on the remote) are available only as touch-screen options with this one. Examples of ones that I wish were hard but are not are skip back, skip forward, and the numeric buttons. Having to swipe through the available "pages" to get to the screen that has the buttons I want on it is annoying, especially when sometimes the swipe will manage to hit a key on the previous page, or bring up the gesture pad (which I've yet to find a use for) But, if you're looking for a great programmable universal remote, you really can't go wrong w/ the Logitech Harmony series, that's for sure. And unfortunately product evolution has removed these buttons from all of their current-generation remotes, so I guess it's something we'll have to learn to live with.

Bought this to replace the five remotes cluttering up my coffee table. The hardest part of the setup was finding the model numbers of my equipment. It will run out of juice even when not in use unless you leave it on the charging stand.
