The remote is good. It's an improvement over the model 980 in some ways but less manageable in other ways. The Logitech Harmony 980 allowed the user to us the actual remote commands. The Harmony Touch is a good remote and it's relatively ease to program. It would be nice if the USB cable was a bit longer.

Good remote overall. Macro can get a little confused requiring you to reset or power individually.

After years of fumbling with multiple remote controls. I finally decided to purchase the Logitech-Harmony remote. Something I should have done a long time ago. It works great and i was able to program/sync all my electronics to it. So now all I have to do is touch the remote screen and everything that needs to turn on comes on and your ready to watch tv. I would highly recommend this remote and even more so if you can find it on a 1day sale and save some $$$.

Extremely useful once it is all set-up. Great that it recharges instead of going through batteries. Eliminates the need for multiple remote controls.

Beautiful remote. Works as advertised. Even though the remote will control 15 different items, Harmony seems to think you will only use it in one location. I wanted to use it for the kitchen Tv, with DVD, and Apple TV. That worked well, but then I also wanted to use it for the living room which has a TV, DVD, Blue Ray, and also streaming from my computer. Even though I had not reached 15 devices, I had to find work-arounds for the activities, since Harmony considers activities as watch tv, watch DVD, etc, not locations. For those not able to use the computer to force what you want, they will be frustrated. I worked about three days to get what I wanted.

Cuts down on number of remotes from 6 to one. The more I use it the better I like it. Sometimes I still need to grab the original remote for some functions but for the most part it acts as a stand alone device. I got it as a daily deal for about half price so color me happy!

I truly love the Harmony remote products. This is my third that I purchased and haven't regretted any thusfar. They are the most user-friendly remotes available on the market, and they're actually fairly easy to set up. Everyone in my family loves that all you have to do is press one button to automatically turn on our system. And with all the customizable options, the capabilities seem limitless. My loyalty to this company has been established and I'd highly recommend their products to anyone.

Bought this to replace an older Harmony remote. Like the touchscreen. Use it primarily to turn devices on/off, but definitely could use for everything. Have Directv Genie DVR, DVD player, Roku, and CD player. Works well.

We only own Logitech remotes after trying other brands, Logitech has yet to disappoint us, this remote is not an exception to that. We've been using this remote for awhile and did take some getting used to after owning the 650 model for awhile and its predecessor (we've also owned the tablet like remote before as well). But we love this remote and love how easy it is to setup, especially since our electronics info is saved in our profile and I didn't need to re-input anything at all.

Nice features, somewhat complicated if your inputs are not exact as the directions show.

I purchased this model after purchasing one of the lower models. This model contantly switches my input when I turn on my activity. I have trouble shooted this numerous times and even done a complete restart and nothing seems to change this. I am however very satisfied with the 700 model I purchased on Black Friday it works great!!!!

After reading countless reviews I decided to take take the plunge and buy this pricey product. Once I brought it home and unpacked it, programming was really easy. Hooked it up o my MacBook pro and simply followed the instructions. Once all was done, all products worked as expected.

I had tried several times in the past to find a universal remote that would work with my home theater system, but none of them would communicate with my Denon or NAD components. This one does, and it's so easy to set up with its online interface. Truly fantastic. No more juggling 3-4 remotes just to watch TV. The only thing to keep in mind is that it takes a few seconds to sequentially send signals to your devices, so you have to keep it pointed at them until it's done.

This one is to replace a 900 that I've had for several years. It performed great despite a dog trying to eat it when it was pretty new. Just wanted to update for the touch screen. Like the charger on this one better, too. Pricey for a remote, but it does a lot, if you can afford it.

I was excited to consolidate some remotes and liked the idea of selecting for ex "watch tv" "listen to music" etc and have everything up and running at a touch of the touch screen. Unfortunately not everything tuns on as it should and then you have yo shuffle back and forth to each components control to separately activate sound-bar tv selection DVD etc oddly when pointed to my streaming music center which has it's own speaker and tuner the sound-bar for tv starts up and later if I choose "watch tv" the soundbar gets out of sync and will not start. Additionally sometimes the touchscreen just does not respond to touch. Great idea and look but kinda through my money out the window on this one..

Really great remote. I wish it would boot up my system a little faster. Feels a little weird pointing the remote at my system for the time it takes to boot everything up. Kinda pricey too but it's really one of the best programmable remotes out there.

This is my fourth purchase of this great product. This one is for my daughter's home. Reliable and functional with constant upgrades. We love Harmony.

I was un sure if I should purchase since in the past I had purchases a universal remote it just didn't work. I thought I would try this one since it was on sale. I was very happy with the on line help.

great remote..really like it. wish functions like the number pad and paging through the guide were easier to get to. Other than that I really, really like it. and it even has a sleep function!!! Extremely easy to set up if you are changing from another harmony remote.

Great remote for the price when on sale for $99. Only wish it was RF as well.
