I love this remote. Set up was very easy and it's use is very easy. One problem is battery length. It only lasts for about four days then has to be recharged again.

This is my 2nd Logitech Harmony Touch. Started with one and now added a second to control a 2nd room and equipment. I used an old Universal remote and my family just couldn't remember what button to scroll to in order to turn things on correctly. Here, it is simple. You set the main activities and with a touch of the screen, everything works. No more phone calls saying, "Dad how do I turn on the DVD player?!"

Replaced older Logitech remote with this harmony remote. Very pleased with how simple it is to use and program for my system. Touch screen makes it quick to select a command you are looking for.

Great remote, it fits well in hand and buttons are in a good locations. I have been using Logitech remotes for over six years always been great devices.

This remote is easy to setup..you will need all of the model numbers from your devices. The only thing the bugs me is that it doesn't light up when you pick it up ( one of the older models did).

This remote is great. Easy to set up and to use. Works with all devices I have at home

So easy to use once you get it programmed. It's great having one remote. Downside it won't power on gaming systems without the usb receivers. It will still controls them once u power them on.

This is the most expensive and highest-tech remote I've ever owned. it does work flawlessly but it is not the best ever designed remote although it is suitable for the price and my purposes

Upgraded from fromm harmony 650 that is getting old.Didn't think I would be comfortable with new touchscreen but it was much better than I expected.It took a lot of time to set up everything the way I like,setting up commands for several devices on one activity.If 2 devices say have a menu command you have to call one a different name.Othet than that haven't picked up the old remote since.

It's a great remote. It was super simple to set up. Either set up all new equipment or you can sync it with an old Harmony Remote. The price was a little high but it's totally worth it if your a gadget geek.

Really easy to use once you spend a few days getting the hang of it. Charge lasts long and recharges in no time. I have had it for about 6months now and i am glad i made the purchase.

If this is your first advanced controller then yes you may find it a bit daunting at first. Let me start by saying I have been a loyal Logitech Harmony user for years. By far the best, replaced my 1100 model (well moved it to my theater room), take your time to program it and it'll be flawless. Some complain of the lack of hard buttons or placement of buttons. It's just a case of getting used to something new.The remote is designed to be held in two positions, down low for "surfing", and up high for DVR/DVD use. The touch screen is responsive and bright. The favorites are a cool feature. I'm personally getting used to the "gesture" use, which is starting to become second nature, swipe right to skip forward, left to skip back, ect. Really loving this remote.

Good product. It was time to upgrade from my Harmony One. The only thing I miss from the old remote was the backlighting activated by motion.

This universal remote is truly awesome. Very easy to program and even easier to use. Auto software updates allow it to keep running smoothly.

I think my harmony remote looks great and works great just a little difficult in the beginning of you don't have a computer to use a remote?

Pricy but well worth it to have 1 remote out instead of 3. Design would be better for people with bigger hands if it had a little more length on the bottom half of the remote. Only command I have not figured out how to do is look at page 2 of the info on a show on our time warner connection. Recharging stand works well and is not obtrusive sitting on a table. Holds the charge well.

Best remote I have used so far. Setup is a breeze. Make sure you have all your model numbers handy before you start. The touch screen is very responsive and easy to read. It's not RF, however. That wasn't a feature that was a "must have" for me, so I wont knock a star off for that. Price was the best part of this one. I caught it on a Flash Sale for $99!

i had an older version of this remote, I had it for 10 years, it was getting old so I get the new version of the remote. its smaller, more compact, I was able to put the old software into this remote. this remove is able to control more devices and devices with different kind of signal out puts. LOVE It

This does the job, as do all Logitech remotes, but the location of the touch screen is not good. Should be at the top. Otherwise, it's a great remote.

I have come from the 650 to the 700 to the Harmony One and now the Touch. The Touch is the best yet as well it should be. The gestures feature is awesome and I love the fact that you can change your favorite channels right on the remote. This all makes for a wonderful way to enjoy watching TV and makes is so easy to do what needs to be done all in one place. Thanks Logitech!
