This remote is packed with lots of cool features. It's very easy to setup and easy to use. You can turn all of your devices on with 1 activity button on the remote. If you're missing some buttons that the OEM remote has you can teach this remote commands from the OEM remotes.

The pitfall of this remote is probably my 3rd party devices but it is relevant. If I leave my tv on it shuts off automatically. The remote does not know this and when you go to turn tv on it thinks its already on. It does have a help button to navigate through this but gets old. It also often gets the wrong input when switching from media player to my cable box. Though insignificant as this seems, it can be trying on patients and even know how for my wife to resolve. This could be due to my devices but should be considered before purchasing this remote.

This is my second Logitech remote. Dropped and broke my first one. This new one is every bit as good as the first. Easy to set up. Easy to operate. Touch screen is very responsive. My wife is not tech savy, so this is a must in my home.

Excellent remote, a little price but you get what you pay for. Really easy to set it. Logitech takes you step be step through the basic set up.

The remote is awesome. I love the fact you can pick a channel from the logo of the network.

I went from the full-touch screen Harmony 1100 to the touch and I have to say, I am impressed! I purchased the Touch because the 1100 was out of stock (long-story-short, the original one broke) and it was a great choice! Love it! The cable channel favorites short-cuts are much more user-friendly!

I purchased this remote so that my mother-in-law and my wife can easily turn on my tv, satellite receiver, and audio receiver by just clicking one button. They no longer have to call me into the room to turn on / turn off the system. We are all happier people now!

love that it works on all 7 devices, feels great in your hand, lights up in the dark and easy to use. Wish it was more afordable. Had geek squad set it up, it took them no time at all

Replaced a Logitech 950 that I have had for 9 years. Another great product from Logitech.

Got this on sale for $100. Easy to program. Did away with multiple remotes. Nice touch screen. Only drawback is IR vs RF.

I had to to replace my pronto remote and this was a perfect replacement. I'm loving it.

We now longer need multiple remotes because of this remote! It controls several products (tv, cable box, receiver, blue ray player, etc). Once programmed you can control multiple devices with the push of one button. Amazing device!

Purchased this remote after using the universal mx900 for the past 6 years. What a huge difference in remotes with the harmony being easy to use and most of all very easy to program through either a Mac or PC. I really enjoy the rechargeable batteries and the touch screen interface.

Only thing I'd change is move screen to top of remote and all buttons below the screen!

Easy to use remote. Some problems setting up, but once set up works great. It would be nice if the help menu were upfront and center.

This remote does a nice job setting up different devices to carry out an activity like watching a DVD with a single press of a button.

In all honesty, if you are a home theater enthusiast you need to have this remote. Not only will it simplify your system for all of those non-geeks, but it does wonders! I have been using harmony remotes from the very beginning, every model keeps getting better!!
