Unfortunately, this remote is not as good as the previous generation. Too sensitive and too slow. Touch screen gets in the way of some controls. If I did not get at such a great sale price, would have returned by now. Harmony support, however, is very good and programming remote is okay. Just make sure you have ALL your product model #'s before starting.

This is our second Logitech - Harmony Touch Universal Remote to buy. First one we have had for several years, it is used in our home. The new one is for our coach which has six different remotes, the new remote will replace all of the six. So much easier to keep up with just one.

The hardest part about setting this remote up is gathering all of your component information. After that, it's a snap! Great interface and easy to program, even custom commands. The ability to recharge is a nice feature despite the shortcoming listed below. Bright, easy to read screen. Two downsides, but not enough to take away from a 5 star rating: 1. Seemingly short battery life for a device that is not being "used" that often. What I mean is, you turn on the TV and components, find something to watch, and then it sits there for an hour. Easy fix is to store it on the charger, but I'm not sure what that does to the battery life? 2. The touchscreen is very sensitive. The slightest brush while reaching for the remote or using other buttons will activate a command. Overall excellent product. My third Harmony remote and I will keep coming back.

Amazing remote. No more having a million remotes to have to use every time you go to watch a TV show or movie. With one gesture or tap of a button it's all set exactly as you want if to takes a bit of time to get setup. But once it's set its awesome

This remote control is the easiest to setup and use on the market. Worth the price.

I love this remote control. It has made the all in one concept very refreshing. The ease of use when setting up was a huge plus for me also having tried setting up other universal remotes unsuccessfully in the past. I highly recommend for anyone interested in this product.

I bought this remote to replace a Harmony 880 that has just worn out. Thank you Logitech for making it so easy to transfer all my setting from my old remote to this one and it was super easy to add my Roku player to this remote and it actually controls the Ruku player also.

Set up was super easy, it's great that it turns on tv, sound bar, and direct tv box, with one touch. Plus will switch to any other "activity" with one touch. Favorite channels right there on screen. Great all the way around. My husband is thrilled with this birthday gift!!!

Logitech has out done them selves with this remote. It is very easy to setup. The help is smart and can be used by my wife and children with ease. Storing the config online is great so you never have to worry about loss of settings or damaged devices that need to be replaced.

Very nice remote, I bought during a flash sale for a great price. Easy to set up, easy to use, however the button placement k eaves something to be desired.

I ordered this remote online for in-store pickup after seeing it on sale. I've been very happy using it with 2 minor exceptions. First, it doesn't work with the Fire TV - I knew that when I ordered it but I mention this because it could be important for some people. Second, there seems to be a slight delay when sending signals. I notice this when skipping commercials on my Uverse dvr and I tend to go to far. That's never been an issue with the original Uverse remote.

Utilized my Harmony hub to access IR capabilities through my projection screen.

After hearing all the horror stories about these programmable remotes, I was very impressed on how easy this was to use. The Geek Squad came and programmed our remote, set everything up and gave us detailed instructions and even gave us some pointers. Awesome. Thank you!!!

If you really want one remote to control All devices then look no further!! This is the remote to have for any home theatre!!!

I bought one similar to this one years ago and it went bad so I had to get another. This device works great with almost every make and model and beats having to look for different remotes when this one does all.

I have loved all Harmony Remotes I have owned. They are very user friendly and take the complication out of all the different electronic devices that make up entertainment centers now a days. Also great for guests who don't have to "learn" how to watch a simple TV show!
