I like the rechargeable battery and channels icons. The touch screen takes some getting used to.

I couldnt figure how to set it up, had to ask my son to help and he had to converse with a Logitec technician. To add a new function I HAVE to go to the internet. Didn't have to resort to the internet once my previous rechargeable Logitec controller was set up. The "eye" was moved from the end to about an inch from the end and is now on the bottom -- very inconvenient. Hard to get out of DVD and back to Satellite. Haven't tried other functions yet. I had absolutely no problem learning and using the rechargeable controller this was supposed to replace. A paper "quick use guide" might have helped. This unit is not user friendly to me. I've never, ever had a bad experience with any Logitec I've purchased.

I had a harmony remote before which lasted me 7 years. I think this one is better and I would recommend it .

I was using 5 different remotes and now all I need is this one.

I am happy with my new remote . I use it every day and it fits my hand. I am going to buy another one soon.

I've been using this universal remote for about a month now and while I'm happy that it does replace all my other remotes, function for function, it seems like you must always keep it docked and charging, otherwise, the battery only lasts 2 days of normal use. Kind of a bummer...waiting for a smart hub that can be controlled by Siri or Alexa

Very easy to use. the geek squad set it up along with the entire TV set. TV looks great and very easy to use

this is perfect if you have multiple devices, i have 5 devices in once place, and its nice to have only one remote to controls them all instead of 5 remotes laying around

I had one of the first (earliest) Harmony remotes and had lots of trouble with it, but this one was easy to program and has been working great. And my wife is thrilled that there aren't remotes all over the family room!

I got this remote to help control all parts of our entertainment. It does this and much more. Being able to have preset channels for tv, and quick change between tv or Xbox or applet is amazing. Definitely worth the price!

Easy to setup, easy to use, price was good on Deal of the Day

This remote is awesome. We use it to control a flatscreen TV, an Xbox, a Blu-ray player, a sound bar, a DirecTV satellite box, and a window air conditioner unit. It can get out of sync easily if you walk in front of it when you're trying to use it or if it runs out of battery and you start using your original remote controls. Nonetheless it's a great buy.

This does exactly what we needed. I was so tired of dealing with about 5 different remotes. Now one remote does nearly everything. We did hire a consultant to set it up but it was worth every penny to now easily use all of the media devices.

When the glitches are worked out, this will be a great device. Wonderful to have one remote to activate all devices. However, it has frequent issues despite the help menu which works well only for issues related to turning components on and off. Lots of these are returned because they won't hold charges, they malfunction with regard to one of the components.

This was a huge disappointment, I love Logitech, they make excellent porducts but this was disappointing. The biggest issue with the control is the layout of the buttons, honestly makes no sense and I think they realized that because the new model went back to the previous design that was nearly flawless. This is a huge problem especially if youre a DVR user. Save your money and go with the new one, Model: 915-000256

Replaced another same model remote that my rabbit decided to chew on and we would scratch ourselves. Remote works as is expected, don't have to use a for dummies book to turn stuff on.
