I bought this remote and it actually replaced all my remotes and it operates my Xbox One!

The touchscreen works really well. The remote feels nice and comfortable. It was also very easy to set up. My seven year old can mange using the control very well. I would recommend this control to a friend.

I love being able to control the entire entertainment system without having to use multiple remotes.

This remote has a lot of features but is more complicated than other universal remotes we have used.

It's all whether you like buttons or not. Well designed and ergonomic for me. I couldn't get used to not having a number pad. This remote in my opinion is great, its just not suited to me. With that said, it is completely understandable why they excluded certain buttons. I thought I could do with out the physical feedback of a button but couldn't.

Read mixed reviews on this unit but so far so good. Play/pause function buttons are up top and a little hard to manage at first but you get used to it. So far so good. No complaints. Easy to setup, works great.

I love this remote it controls a lot of my electrics.

I owned three Harmony Ones until recently when my wife put her knee through the display. BB had this on sale and it seemed like the evolution of the One so I gave it a shot. Hands down if the One were still available this would have gone back. If you look at the design, you see the frequently used buttons like play pause etc are at the top, above the touchscreen. I didn't think this would be a problem, but it is when you do something button intensive like watching a DVR. You can do those commands with the touchscreen but it is slow to react. The other issue is they changed the software you use to program the remote and made it less customizable. BOTTOM LINE-skip this remote unless somebody broke your other one. Logitech if you read these, PLEASE bring back the One.

I’ve had 4 different harmony remotes in the past and this one is the best. Tends to go deal of the day once a month or so. Highly recommend this along with the harmony hub.

Very simple to program and use. I recommend you get the hub also as it will allow you to use your phone as a remote and the hub acts as an IR blaster should the remote not be able to do line of sight.

I love not having to constantly search for five different remotes to get the job done. This Logitech - Harmony Touch 15-Device Universal Remote is awesome. Easy to navigate everything with just one touch and one remote.

This is a GREAT universal remote. The geek sqad set it up to work with all of my electronics, which elimated 6 remote controls. So simple to use! So happy with the product that I bought one as a gift for a family member!

This remote is wonderful and can replace all your other remotes! It's only set back is when fast forwarding through the commercials (which we do all the time).It is difficult to stop when you get to the program and often runs past the spot where you would like to stop,

Replaces all 8 remotes I was using. Set up took about 30 minutes with no problem. I would have liked an instruction book to describe all features as my computer is in a different area than my entertainment system

This remote replaced a harmony remote that was wearing out after years of service. This was very easy to setup and use. Touch screen works fine. Number pad can be touchy sometimes. Enjoying this remote dry much.

Use to have the older version of Logitech remote. I love the ease of use. If you will buy it you don't need all of them, this one will do the job with some exceptions - wii for example.
