This is another solid Logitech remote and is a nice evolution of my prior Harmony One.

Wife was complaning about to many remotes , this one remote handles the whole house . Touch screen is great and easy to use swithing one thing to the next . Shut power down to all componets with one botton push .

In thier effort to make it easy to set up they have removed some of the needed ability to customize it. It will probably be good enough for most people but it still needs an advanced setup mode for those that want to customize operation. Poor battery life but it does include a charging station with built-in batteries.

All in all a friendly and reliable device so far. The tuner and inputs are easy to find and the new smart tv and speakers make this a one gadget godsend.

Once I got it set up I love it. I only gave it 4 stars due that the setup was not as simple as it should be. The downloaded app could not open up so I could not setup. However I did have luck with going to the old sign in page for the remote. But overall satisfied with the product, once getting over the price. I did get it at a price under 100 dollars.

It's 3 years old and the newer models are so much better. Spend a little more and get the latest model.

I really enjoy this remote. Setup was easy, just make sure you have your device model numbers handy when configuring unit. Rechargeable battery last about 5 - 7 days between charges.

I have had this for a few months now and it works fantastic. The charge base is nice and I don't have to worry about having it die on my in the middle of watching a movie (like my other Logitech Remote).

I have Direct TV and an antenna in the attic for when it rains (quite frequently in south Florida) and Direct TV goes out. You can set up your favorite channels for either one or the other and the number keypad is only on the screen and unfortunately is too small for my eyes. This is a great remote but I need one with a number keypad on the unit.

This is by far the best remote I ever owned! This is able to control my entertainment system. Only complaint is it doesn't control my Apple TV.. But still satisfied and happy!

Once i get the hang of how to make changes i think it could be excellent.

Works great. Program it to turn TV and SAT dish on to watch to SAT. When I want to watch a movie it turns on all the stuff i want it to. Learning curve as it has less buttons control most functions with the buttons. Does take your internet connected computer to program. Sometimes though it doesn't change the inputs correctly. I like it though.

Remote works great. Set up was a breeze. All you have to do is literally read the directions and it tells you step by step how to set up the remote. Definitely enjoying it.

I've always been a fan f the Logitech "Touch" remotes; however, after getting this one - I think my fondness has come to a screeching halt. The software updates in the MyHarmony software have been so bad for this series that all my remotes are operating incredibly slow (mind you, I operate five televisions on five separate Logitech remotes) that I am on the verge of getting rid of all of them and looking for a new brand. I've purchased these since their first release (I think my first one was $350!) and have always been so happy with them -- but I cannot give it a glowing review as in the years past.

The remote is sensitive at times. Wish all you had to do was shake as the previous remote. Sometimes you need to slide the screen several time before it goes to the next page. Also when you want to change the channel that already programmed you need to tap it a couple of times. Otherwise its good.

This was relatively easy to setup using my computer, but the buttons are too small for my hands, which made it hard for me to use. Controller did work seamlessly with all my devices. I just wish the buttons were a bit bigger like they were on my older Harmony remote

Excellent remote controls all my devices with ease !!!!

We're total technology idiots but this universal remote is easy to use and almost problem free. When there is a problem (such as the sound system speakers or TV not coming on) the help button walks you through simple steps to identify the problem and then automatically corrects it for you. We were able to replace 5 remotes with one remote. And you can't mess it up by pressing the wrong button-- as I said we're technology idiots so we've done our best to mess it up! Can't comment on setting it up as we used the Geek Squad to do this.
