I received this for Father's Day! It was easy to setup my account with Harmony/Logitek, and easy to sync my unit. It needed a firmware update, which was also easy. Even my wife loves it!

Love this remote. I no longer have to use 3 remotes to watch tv or a movie. It's also easy for my youngest to watch movies. She presses a button and all the right components come on!

The remote is an excellent way to get rid of clutter on the coffee table. It must be programmed using your computer but is very easy to program. If something doesn't work it has a help feature to fix it. You can assign buttons with what ever feature that your standard remote has by an IR reader on the back of the harmony remote.

Easy to program and modify using the software. All my components were known and I had a few older units to control. Works well and intuitively.

Very easy to set up and use. You also have the ability to make changes on the remote for some of the options unlike the older models which require you to always connect to your PC.

Upgraded existing Logitech universal remote and couldn't be more happier!! MyHarmony software made the transition even better! Recommend to anyone.

I liked the way you access the set-up from the PC and then it is copied tot he remote. Makes for easy updates and modifications.

Replaced an aging Harmony remote. Setup was even easier then previous versions, product database is extensive, Xbox control was simplified with hard buttons for common functions.

This remote looks great and feels great. The charging cradle is awesome compared to my last harmony that had batteries! It works pretty good, but I find some of the functionality lacking with a basic set up... I guess if I wanted to spend more time customizing while hooked up to the PC I could make it better. Overall and upgrade from my 650.

my wife is not good with any electronic device, but was able to pick up this remote and use it right away. easy to find commands and channels. very happy with this device!

Always wanted a universal remote and this one was on sale for $90! Couldn't pass up the deal! Works great with dtv, Sony tv, Sony blue ray and sounbar!!

This was a replacement for an older model I'd had for about four years. It's great and easy to program. I love having one remote to work everything!

Not bad - I actually prefer he older models than this one. The buttons are at the top of the remote which is odd when holding it. And the touch screen is too sensitive. I do like that you can edit controls for the touch screen without being connected to the computer.
