The set up was seem less and now allows me to use only one remote instead of 5. Definitely worth the buy

I have been using these remotes for a while now and upgraded my old one. It is pretty easy to set up and add devices and the control is excellent.

This is the best remote I have ever seen!!! It operates all my living room appliances with the touch of one button!!! Really beats having to have 4 or 5 remotes!!!

I was essentially forced to buy this remote because the soundbar I bought for my 75 inch Samsung TV did not work with the TV and my Comcast remote. The Geek Squad rep programmed the remote for me to work with the sound bar and my PS3. Unfortunately, I am unable to get mute with this remote because of how it works with the sound bar. Plus, oftentimes, despite the programming, it does not switch to the appropriate HDMI source when hitting "watch tv" and such. For the money spent, I have been disappointed, though it could be that I need Geek Squad to come out and re-program to get it correct.

I've been using the Logitech Harmony series of remotes for years. There is a slight learning curve, but once the remote is programmed, it works perfectly. The value for this particular model is excellent, it was a refurbished model. I highly recommend this model as an entry level to the series.

Would definitely recommend having someone with great tech skills set this up in order to take advantage of all its features so that it works the way it is meant to work. We had a Geek Squad agent set it up while doing some other in-house installations. It's nice having just the one remote to take care of all one's devices.

Wanted an updated universal remote. I could not be happier with this product. It was a breeze to set up. A lil expensive but you pay for what you get in life!

this is replacement unit for much earlier version of single remote. Ease of use is superior to former remote and works well for all units (tv, dvd, cd, etc.)

While the Touch is a bit pricey, I found it pretty easy to set up; it actually runs all of my peripherals; and the touch screen is legible and easy to navigate.

This remote had an incredibly easy setup and works like a charm in my home theater. Set up in 15 minutes and macro functions work seamlessly.

I have had several previous Harmony remotes, and all have performed well. This model does the same. However, the transition to primarily touch screen poses some problems for the user. Sometimes the screen is highly sensitive, and other times, it needs to take Punch to work. I miss the buttons for finding channels on the guide! I miss the feel of my older harmony in my hand. That being said, this unit does what it is supposed to do. I have about 10 devices programmed in, and they generally respond to the Harmony. Battery life is pretty good, so far, after 3 months. I had to have a professional program the unit for me, however. And I use the help button a lot. But it works really well.

Easy intuitive set up and easy to operate with decent touch screen. Just set up by connecting to computer and it does the heavy lifting

Well worth the expense if you have many components and family members that hate 4 different remotes. Easy to program and LCD is easy to navigate through.

This universal remote is excellent! There is no need for multiple remotes! This remote does everything you want it to and more! Would highly recommend!

Setting up the remote is hard as this remote picks up all settings.
